The receptionist is not flexible, very slow, the room is not clean, old, poor food, not good.

The thought of the receptionist when entering the hotel is bad. Speak impolite. Almost all the hotels I have come to have a drink when waiting for check in but the receptionist here has to remind to bring out the water. While I sat waiting to check in, the two receptionists also told each other that guests were not tactful at all.
