Tôi đã ở đây được 1 ngày và 1 đêm, ăn sáng Buffer và trãi nghiệm các dịch vụ khác...nói chung là rất OK. Chỉ tiếc duy nhất 1 điều...các nhân viên nữ của khách sạn rất dễ thương và có bồ hết rồi...nên tôi không còn cơ hội để tiến xa hơn... Chúc các nhân viên khách sạn luôn vui tươi và nhiệt tình mãi nhé.

Nhân viên lễ tân lịch sự vui vẻ....phòng ốc sạch sẽ, phòng massa thì làm việc từ 10h30 đến 23h, nghỉ hơi sớm so với Sài Gòn, các quán ăn xung quanh thì không bán qua đêm nên phòng thức ăn khi muốn chơi đêm. Nhân viên khách sạn trẻ đẹp mà họ có bồ hết rồi...nên cua hổng dc...hic..buồn ghê luôn.

Mình ở 3 ngày 2 đêm, như thói quen khi ở khách sạn mình luôn mang khăn riêng rất ít khi dùng khăn của khách sạn , đặc biệt sau dịch covid mình còn kĩ hơn nữa vì nhà cũng có bé nhỏ . Vì không dùng đến nên mình không bao giờ check xem có bao nhiêu cái khăn . Mọi thứ đều bình thường, buffet sáng ổn và cho đến khi check out thì bên khách sạn check phòng và báo bị thiếu mất 1 khăn mặt và yêu cầu mình kiểm tra lại đồ hành lý có bỏ nhầm không, mình vẫn OK mở hành lý ra xem và không có , sau đó lại nói mình đi lên phòng xem lại có để chỗ nào trên phòng không ,mình vẫn OK không vấn đề và lên check nhưng cũng chỉ thấy có 1 cái khăn mặt . Mình đã nói với bên khách sạn là mình không dùng đến khăn và cũng không bao giờ dùng khăn của khách sạn nhưng bên họ vẫn nói thiếu một cái cho đến lúc xe đến đon nhà mình về thì họ mới nói “thôi bỏ qua “. Cho đến bây giờ sau chuyến đi lịch cả nhà mình về và tất cả hành lý không có 1 cái khăn nào của khách sạn bạn nhé .

Old hotel, small room, quite affordable, not as beautiful as in the picture, 1/3 of the picture, no car parking space, to be exact, in the faraway parking lot, guests have to pay. Have a polite staff. In short, the price is not commensurate with the 1.3 million VND/night that I have to pay.

I just had 2 days experience at Baly Hotel. Hotels in the central area, near Big C supermarket, near clothing shops, cafes, bars, go to nearby attractions, conveniently. The hotel staff was happy and enthusiastic. Always have staff carrying heavy luggage and suitcases when you get off or get in the car. Rooms are moderate, airy, comfortable. Breakfast is okay for breakfast but not many dishes yet. If you come to Hue, you will come back to this hotel.

The hotel staff is enthusiastic. There is welcome water and fruit. Listen to milk occasionally, so it's a bit noisy but okay. Have a good buffee breakfast. I will stop. Thank you everyone
