The elevator is small, the room is small, the hallway is small, there are no double rooms. If you want to issue an invoice, you have to add 15% even though you have paid the tax when booking on Booking and when checking in, you have asked the receptionist that there is no additional cost for issuing an invoice. When checking out and paying, you request an invoice, but the hotel requires an additional 15% to issue an invoice.

The room is a bit small, but for two people, I think it is enough. The air conditioner is not very powerful, but the hotel has installed a fan, which is also helpful. The receptionist is very nice. There are many places to eat near the hotel, cheap prices are a big plus, and it is also very close to other tourist attractions. I will definitely come back on my next trip.

- I stayed in room 101 on the ground floor. As soon as I entered the room, I saw dust on the table. I tried to wipe it with my hand and saw dust everywhere. - The bathroom was dirty, the toilet was yellow. - In the room, there were mosquitoes, ants, and mayflies flying all over the room. It was horrible. I couldn't sleep because they were flying everywhere in the room. I really had a very bad experience staying here.

The hotel is located near the center, convenient for traveling, walking around there are many places to eat, the room is not very soundproof, the room upstairs, I slept in the room downstairs, I could hear the rest, the staff said if I come back to Hue, I will book again, the price is reasonable.

I read many people's reviews so I decided to book here. The room was exactly as pictured, clean and fragrant. But the only negative point was that the drain in the bathroom was clogged, every time I showered I had to wait for the water to drain before I could shower again. The staff was lovely, I checked in an hour early but didn't charge extra. The cleaning ladies were also very nice. If I have a chance to come back to Hue, I will still book here. However, I think the room rates in Hue are higher than in Da Nang.
