The 2-day experience here was quite ok, the staff was friendly, enthusiastic and cheerful, the room was clean. The only convenience was that smoking was not allowed in the room. Will still come back when needed.

The hotel has 2 buildings, and I was assigned to the building that was under construction. Early in the morning, I heard the sound of machines drilling into walls, and the sound of cleaning staff chatting loudly... I couldn't sleep in the morning even noon. Magnetic cards are only given 1 card instead of 2 like other places and the staff said that because the rooms are full, there is a shortage of cards, but the cards have a code printed on each room. The room notes to call the receptionist and press 0, but there is no phone in the room. If you want to contact the receptionist, you have to call directly through the hotline. Don't want to go back...

There are two branches BOB The first time I went to the hotel, the front desk did not greet me, Or I did not have a receptionist, and when I checked in, when I checked in, I was very satisfied with that version, very enthusiastic and attentive. About the room, the door of the room is not good, there is no soundproofing. The location of the hotel and the rooms are beautiful, but it is too noisy and lacks privacy due to the opening of a rooftop cafe for outside guests, noisy because the cleaning staff pulls the table loudly and the room cleaning is noisy during the guests' lunch break.

I booked 2 rooms for 4 people to stay, when we arrived at 10:30, we insisted on borrowing in front of a room to change clothes to work and then went back to check in the other room. The receptionist resolutely applies the new 14h policy for check-in. When I asked to rent a third room to get a change of room, there was a room right away and the purchase price was higher on the app. So 4 of us had to rent 3 rooms, which was not very satisfactory
