Dirty hotel, rude staff, not helpful to guests, not friendly, guests carrying heavy things, no help, guests falling down the stairs, standing there watching, everyone on guard, extremely bad, never met such a rude hotel

The staff is not very friendly. The room is extremely dirty. The bed sheets and blankets are old and dirty. The room is new but the bed sheets still have old stains that make me want to vomit. I will never come back a second time. Too scared.

Ksan location is ok, room is quite small, a bit stuffy, hard to sleep at night because of the constant sound of the elevator opening and closing. When I arrived, I was told that the water was broken so I couldn't use it for several hours. Ksan also does not have any policies to support guests, we will only notify them

This is a sex hotel. Avoid staying here for family and friends. Hotel is dirty and no house keeping available as it is sex hotel.

Nhân viên lễ tân ok, thân thiện. Tuy nhiên bảo vệ của khách sạn (ca tối lúc 19h00 ngày 18/2/2024) liên tục làm phiền khách, vòi tiền ra mặt năm lần bảy lượt, mình chưa có tiền mệnh giá nhỏ để cho thì tỏ thái độ bất cần với khách, tới đêm vợ chồng mình đi xem kịch về tới khách sạn vẫn tiếp tục xin tiền, nói chuyện kiểu vô trách nhiệm: "Anh chỉ coi xe tới 7h sáng hôm sau, còn sau đó thì không biết"? Chồng mình phải cho tiền nhưng phải lấy lại chìa khoá xe ô tô cho an tâm chứ bảo vệ kiểu này thấy xe còn không an toàn bằng để đại ngoài đường! Đáng sợ thật sự! - Phòng khá nhỏ, nhà vệ sinh không có chỗ tắm, chỉ có bồn cầu, nếu muốn tắm phải tắm ở bồn nằm ngay phía ngoài phòng ngủ, rất bất tiện. Chăn grap cũ, thâm kim, dơ. Phòng mới mở cửa bước vào có mùi nặng, ẩm mốc khó chịu.

Nhân viên ở đây rất nhiệt tình mình tới sớm để gửi đồ nhân viên nhiệt tình rất takecare phòng nói chung sạch riêng cái bồn tắm vệ sinh không sạch nên trừ điểm chỗ đó nói chung mọi thứ đều ổn
