However, due to the impact of the recent storm, some amenities will temporarily remain closed until repairs are completed: • Social Lounge (3rd Floor) • On The Rocks Bar (30th Floor) • Outdoor Pool (3rd Floor; The indoor pool on the 30th floor remains operational). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as this is a general situation in the Halong area after Typhoon Yagi. Nice room with beautiful view of sunset. We enjoyed the large swimming pool on the 30th floor and other public areas are well maintained. Thank you for everything and will definitely stay again.

The hotel is so good compared to the price, it's so cheap. My whole family liked it, but the check-in process took a while. My family had great experiences here.

Everything is very good! The sound of the ventilation fan was quite loud so I couldn't sleep well at night because it was quite noisy.
