The hotel is very comfy, locations is very strategic, you can walk wherever you want because near good places, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and also can help to accommodate to Ha Long Bay. Super recommended.

I stayed in Classy Boutique Hotel, everything was good. It’s in the old quarter, near Hoan Kiem lake, Ta Hien and everything that I wanted to go. My room looks even nicer than in pictures. The staff was friendly. I will definitely choose this hotel next time

friendly staff
however the room has no fridge, poor soundproofing
I live on the 2nd floor, below is the reception + breakfast area, around 4-5am I can hear the sound of staff preparing (dishes, talking, slippers....)

A pleasant experience staying here because the staff is very friendly, the first day I got a room near the elevator and the room sounded noisy with the sound of the elevator then the next day I added time to stay here and asked for a room far from the elevator, the room condition is spacious for a solo traveler I am satisfied staying here and also because the location is strategic, everywhere is close

The location is close to food stalls and souvenir shops. It can be reached on foot. The hotel is not big, but there is an elevator, the AC works well, the room is clean, the receptionist is friendly, helpful, and fluent in English, the breakfast also has a good variety for the price. Small hotel in a shophouse building (in the Old Quarter area of Hanoi all the buildings are shophouse style) but the facilities are good and complete, there is a lift to go up to my room on the 7th floor. Check-in at midnight is still waiting, buffet breakfast has a decent variety + free order of 1 additional item from the menu on the table. Clean rooms, cold AC, warm shower water, cleaned every day.

The location of the hotel is good, close to everywhere, just walking distance, lots of Indonesian people stay here. Yesterday, it seemed like all the guests were Indonesians 😂.

I was a little surprised when I arrived, the hotel was small and narrow, only long at the back. there are zones a, b, c and only 2 rooms on each floor. the family room is quite big, there is a bathtub. the standard room is narrow, quite small, less freedom of movement. Breakfast is the same every day, the menu is small and boring. Vietnamese people are a bit dirty. drinks spilled on the saucer are not thrown away and poured again. the food you left on the table is taken whole and served again to the guests. the side of the hotel sells herbal medicine that smells so bad. I want to go to a place that sells a lot of food, it's quite far. night market, hoan kim lake must take grab. distance if the walk is tiring. June is unusually hot in Vietnam. must bring a fan. the rich room is only cleaned every day and the sheets are not changed.
