Last trip I had a reservation at Cozrum Saphera. I like the room here, so I always don't read it carefully here. Self-service. The first time the experience was quite strange, but in return the room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Contact staff via zalo quickly. Although the location is a bit difficult to find. Highly recommend for you to come to HCMC.

automatic check in from the gate to the room, when I got the card, the card was broken so I couldn't get into the room, and because it was automatic, there was no staff at the home to help fix it and made me wait a long time to call someone to fix it, I paid everything but I couldn't wait and canceled and booked another room. Waited from 10pm to 11pm but no one solved it. Homes is very bad.

There is no parking space but no prior notice or note on the app, making customers have to pay extra for parking and causing inconvenience in commuting (this behavior is equivalent to cheating customers). Bad service and facilities. The cleaning process is not good, the bed sheets and pillows are dirty and filthy, there are ants, the room is still dusty. I will never come back here.

The room is not as pictured, not clean. The staff gave a contact number but no one answered the phone, called the Zalo number but no one answered, the access card cannot enter the gate. Support is not quick, facilities are bad. The experience is extremely frustrating. I hope everyone can read this review and avoid this place.

Advantages: - Quick and easy self-check-in - Enthusiastic support hotline - Microwave, kitchen if needed to cook - Clean bathroom - Air conditioner, water, strong wifi Disadvantages: - The room is too dirty. Small is fine but needs to be clean. The blanket and pillow look like they haven't been washed for weeks, there are still lipstick stains on the table. Is the table moldy??? - Booked a quick room to sleep alone one night and went to work the next day. After checking out, I was asked if the escape mask box was opened? There are also photos. Luckily I have a photo of the room the night before as evidence. Confusing.... - The room faces the escape corridor, but it's not as bright as in the picture. Little light.

There is no motorbike parking for guests but no prior notice so we had to park our motorbikes elsewhere which was very inconvenient, the room was not very clean, there was only one set of toothbrushes, very bad experience

The room was extremely small and cramped, stuffy, and unclean. The staff provided support via zalo, but could not be contacted directly. Extremely annoying for guests. The accommodation did not have a place to park motorbikes, so guests had to walk quite a distance to park. The staff could not provide accurate information on where to park their motorbikes, leaving guests stranded at night, not knowing where to park their motorbikes. The water flowed slowly and was very weak. In short, an extremely, extremely bad experience.

There is no parking space, which is very inconvenient for guests. Traveling to Saigon may result in late arrival. But the hotel's parking lot only closes early, so when I tried to take my car to the house because I didn't know where to park it, I was reminded. Losing your car without being responsible is very unpleasant. So I feel very inconvenient. And the room is not very soundproofed. The elevator or the next room can hear the door open very clearly and loudly.
