The room has a nice sea view and city view, close to the beach, many restaurants nearby.
Car parking right in front of the lobby, spacious lobby
The room is clean, the room is simply decorated.
Minus points: the air conditioner is a bit weak, there is a wall fan that can be turned on, the bed is a bit small, about 1m6-m8, the room is clean, comfortable, good soundproofing

I have stayed here twice for both of my trips. The rooms are clean and beautiful, fully equipped with everything I need, every room has a view, very private and comfortable and especially the price is cheaper than the surrounding places that I know. I will choose to continue staying here for the next trip.

The room view is quite satisfactory, but the cleaning and customer support of the front desk staff is a bit boring, thanks to the cleaning and replenishment of the missing items in the room, but it is nowhere to be found at checkout.

-View đẹp. - Bạn nhân viên lớn tuổi tiếp mình lần đầu nói chuyện với khách hơi bị thái độ, mình tới Nt sớm do xe đưa đến sớm, mình cũng biết là nhận phòng lúc 14h nên đâu có đòi hỏi là nhận phòng gì sớm đâu mà bạn đó thái độ rất trịch thượng, tông giọng như gằn khó chịu với mình vậy. Cũng không có chút thiện chí là Chị ơi nếu có phòng sớm em gọi mình sớm nha trong khi đó sau khi mình lê lết cả buổi rồi về tầm khách sạn khoảng 13h vì lúc đó quá đuối rồi thì có 1 đoàn đến và được nhận phòng sớm. - Phần thuê xe máy: Mình mới ra NT nên không bit thuê sao thì mình nghĩ cũng như Đà Lạt hay Vũng Tàu, thuê tại khách sạn không chênh bao nhiu. Nhưng KHÔNG nha mọi người. Mình ra ngoài hỏi khách sạn chỗ bạn mình thuê bt có 80-130k, Xe máy thuê tại Crown 180k mà còn đưa cho 2 cái xe khô nhớt. 1 xe chạy giữa đường mình thấy bốc khói quá mà lúc đó mình ở xa Trung tâm, bên đó kêu thay nhớt 100k đi rồi trả lại, mình ra tiệm người ta kêu xe rẻ nhaat phải 130k. không còn sự lựa chọn mình phải thay thôi, về cũng chỉ trả lại 100k. => Recommend mọi người né không nên thuê xe máy ở đây, xe dở, giá chặt chém, không hỗ trợ khách. - Nhóm mình có phát sinh thêm 1 người là 3 người, phụ thu 200k (trong khi đó tiền phòng 380k), không có thêm chăn nệm hay gối gì cả. Mình nghĩ quy định là vậy chứ không hỗ trợ khách thêm được gì.

Room is too hot, 4-star standard but classic bad, when there is air-conditioner but it is not, ask for a fan but also have to wait for a new fan to return. I stayed for 3 days and the room was terribly hot even though there was a fan. It is possible that many rooms have the same situation as me, all asking for a fan. Calling the staff to check is also very superficial, there is no plan to change rooms. Staying in a hotel is like torture.

The hotel staff saved the image of the hotel, which is why we stayed the next night instead of moving to another hotel. The buffet breakfast, pool, gym is only approved 4 stars. First came the room, a small bed, no ironing board in the room, no ironing board for guests to borrow and of course, no laundry service. Buffet breakfast is also temporary, there is a change in the day, but because the staff cleaned the dishes and the food line, it was quite noisy. When a customer is listening to a cup of chopsticks, it's like chasing a customer. In terms of cleaning the room, only the places that need to be clean are clean and the places that think guests do not need to use such as a cup, kettle, sweep the hand to see a pile of dust. The room is not equipped with bathrobe. When entering the elevator, you can see F21 with gym, bar, pool, but there is no bar, no restaurant serving room service. Really boring for a 4 star hotel. The days we were here really send a heartfelt thanks to the receptionists, staff in general and especially the receptionist all morning 3 days for the professionalism of a hospitality staff. Perhaps our comments are quite fastidious and lightening because for a tourist it is difficult to accept that we are both doing in this hospitality industry. Hope investors can read our reviews to change better and better.
