The room is beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, many beautiful photo angles, our group was able to leave their luggage early and check in 1 hour early, the living room has a large sofa to rest, if we come back to Sapa next time, we will still choose this hotel

Close to the center, near the stone church and the night market. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, beautiful view. The hotel owner is very friendly and enthusiastic. I will definitely recommend friends to stay and experience. Thank you the hotel master gave the bus station help.

THE SERVICE WAS SUPERB😍
I stayed for 2 nights and it was super comfy. I really appreciate the homestay admin that was super helpful, patient, and fast response. The room is nice, wifi is good, the hot water also👍
they even gave me egg as a complimentary not only coffee and tea😅 I really love the lobby and kitchen. It helps the guests to stay comfy while waiting time to check in. we can cook, make coffee n tea, reheat food, etc.
Don’t worry if u cannot check in early and want to go out! They facilitate us with toilet so we can go shower and go out for a walk even though we are not checked in yet. You can keep your luggages at lobby, it is safe!!🥰
ps: unfortunately i didn’t take a lot pics of the homestay, i only take video huhu. but it was as same as the online pics

I stayed in the Minimalism city view room on the 2nd floor
- The room is large, spacious, clean with a large window but the view is facing the wall opposite the home so you can't see anything, if you just want to sleep, this room is fine, if you like a nice view, you should choose another room with a higher price
- The home has a large, spacious living room, with a sofa and a thin blanket for guests to rest until check-in time (Sapa is very cold in the early morning, so having a warm blanket and soft mattress to rest is also very comfortable), the bathroom in the living room is also fragrant and clean
- The automatic check-in and out system is also very convenient

It’s a self check in hostel, everything very digital. The room so clean!! but they don’t provide toothpaste and toothbrush

To protect Mother Earth, D Home will not set up amenities like with a toothbrush, toothpaste,... Please prepare before you arrived. Hope we can do this action together.
Though, we do set up Lifebuoy shower gel, Sun silk shampoo and Lifebuoy hand sanitizer in bottles with specific labels. If you have a history of allergies to the above items, please prepare these items as well.

The staff very friendly & helpful. We enjoy our time in Sapa and our stay in DHome ofcourse:) We got free Vietnamese Bread for breakfast from Hotel too! Taste so gawd! The location too! I love it, so close to Sapa City Center:) But here's for hotel improvement: we kind of confused and disappointed when we back from travelling around Sapa City to our room in the evening because turns out our room wasn't cleaned by the hotel staff. Please improved that part:) overall, we were so happy stay in DHome Sapa:) will recommend this accommodation to our friend! Thank you so much!

Can store your luggage at their lobby before check in & after check out. Also have toilet at their lobby. Contact the hotel first for your QR code to get in the hotel. Got 2 separate room for 4 person (2 persons each).

Staff hotel pelayanannya sangat ramah dan membantu waktu saya cek in agak pagi dan tempatnya seperti rumah sendiri yang bisa memakai peralatan dapur unt memasak dan lain-lain, lokasinya dekat stasiun Fansipan dan didepannya kalau malam suasana sangat ramai banyak orang lagi perform.
