The staff is extremely rude. I ask questions very politely but have a rude attitude towards customers. I booked 2 rooms on the app because at that time there were only 2 rooms left to book, but when I arrived, the staff said I had to book 1 more room and pay an additional fee. Specifically: 1. My family has 3 children, all under 11 years old, initially the staff said it would be free but later they charged an extra child. The reason is that the staff said only children under 5 years old are free. => So why did it initially say it was free for children under 11 years old? Moreover, when I asked again, he still scolded me, is that a good service or not? 2. In addition, the hotel room is quite small, narrow, and cramped 3. The breakfast is extremely bad, there are two dishes: fried bread and spaghetti, my family did not expect anything from the food but it was really bad 4 . For that breakfast, the staff even said it was mandatory to charge an additional fee for one child in our family => Who would dare to come back for eating like that? In the end, this was a very bad experience for me, all reviews are only objective! Slow - condescending - rude, this is the attitude of the receptionist who treated my house!

Khách sạn nhỏ nhưng khá thoáng, phòng cũng ok đúng với giá tiền. Mình book phòng 1 giường nhưng được khách sạn upgrade lên 2 giường free vì hết phòng. Điểm cộng: khách sạn nhỏ nhưng thoáng mát, nhiều gió, nhân viên thân thiện, thao tác nhanh gọn lẹ Điểm trừ: wc không có nước nóng. Trong wc còn có cái cửa sổ to được dán mờ chứ không có rèm, nên ban ngày nắng chiếu vào nóng kinh người luôn, ngồi mà chói mắt luôn í. Ăn sáng 2 món, ít lựa chọn nhưng khá ổn.

I booked on the app for 4 people, including 2 adults and 2 children, but when I checked in, I got a room. The hotel report is only 2 people. supplementing 2 children 200k more makes me unhappy. The receptionists are cheerful and polite. The room is a bit small, the sea is rough and there is a lot of garbage

Phòng rộng hơn trên hình và trông mới cũng như hiện đại hơn nhiều. Đồ ăn sáng tạm ổn, bánh mì ốp la thì ngon còn mì ý nên được đầu tư hơn chút. Có đầy đủ nước nóng và tiện nghi.

Phòng nhỏ, hoàn toàn không giống hình, rất bất ngờ khi nhận phòng. Máy lạnh gắn ngay lỗ thông gió nên hơi ồn. Vòi tắm không có nước nóng.

The staff is okay and very supportive, free room upgrade. But the hotel takes advantage of the room construction, so the suites on the ground floor are very mysterious and humid like an inn, fortunately upgraded or not, they can't stay in the ground floor room, this ground floor area should be reserved for the construction of the landscape. The garden view is better. The superior room has a large window overlooking the beautiful landscape, but it cannot open the door, it is actually a large glass panel, not a door, so the feeling is still mysterious because the room is quite small. In general, the hotel should have a more open design.

When I went to book 2 rooms. However, when I got there, the hotel reported that there was 1 room left. The hotel has a solution that is in an 8-bed dormitory room. Generally ok, not to the point of abandoning customers. Single room is a bit small. Only suitable for couples, no extra bed as described in the app. Clean hotel. Behind the hotel is the beach which is also ok. no guests to take a bath comfortably. The hotel has a swimming pool suitable for children. My baby likes it very much.
