The room was reasonably priced. I was room 803 and it needed the inner window opened after showering to allow damp out. Beds were comfy enough and it's fairly near an thuong. Personally seaview hotel not far away offered better value for money and had a sundeck/ pool.

I booked the wrong date, wanted to stay 1 night but booked 2 nights by mistake. I took the booking, paid directly at the hotel, then wanted to cancel but couldn't, so I asked the Traveloka team and the hotel to help shorten the stay to 1 night on January 6, however the hotel did not support because it was past the check-in time (14:00). My booking was between 17:00 and 17:30 on January 5. The hotel staff called me to discuss and told me to ask Traveloka for support, after I called Traveloka and negotiated, the hotel still did not agree, while telling me to contact to shorten the stay or cancel the room because if I booked on Traveloka, Traveloka would be the only one who could handle it. In the end, I still agreed to pay for 2 nights, but I would check in on January 6 instead of January 5, then early in the morning of January 6, the hotel staff called and asked me to transfer money in advance to hold the booking, because another guest was asking for a room. I had already made a booking, my credit card was also saved in the system, if I did not check in, the 2 nights' deposit or no show fee (if any) would be deducted from my card. But early in the morning, the hotel staff called to ask me to transfer the deposit in advance or they would not keep the room for me even though I had already booked a room for 2 nights 🙂 early in the morning, it was like making me angry, a very bad experience.

The room smells a bit, the soundproofing is not good but the blankets are clean, there is a convenient desk and chair, around there is Muong Thanh, shops, cafes, not many small restaurants, only big restaurants. The price booked on traveloka is cheap, 1 room with 2 large beds is only 350k, there are no eating utensils so if you ship food back, you have to buy more eating utensils at the restaurant, plastic bowl 2K

I booked a room with 1 double bed but on the check-in day I hadn't landed yet so my boyfriend checked in first, the hotel gave me a room with 2 beds because there were no rooms left, while I booked 2 weeks in advance, I was a bit angry so I went to talk to the receptionist. The receptionist's attitude was ok, he said to call us to change if there was a room next day but the next day he was silent. This is minus 1 star. The room smelled of sewer even though I was on the 5th floor, I had to open the window the first night. Close the toilet to reduce the smell and humidity. Minus more than 1 star. The 3-star hotel is worth the price. I searched on traveloka 195k / night is too ok

Pros: clean, tidy room, full amenities, new furniture, quite close to the beach, close to many other convenient locations, ok price around 170k/night. Cons: no windows so it's a bit stuffy, when I checked in there was a bad smell because the door was closed, I had to turn on the air conditioner and open the door for 1 hour to get rid of it, the air conditioner was weak this season so it's okay but it's hot in the summer. I went on a business trip and just needed a place to sleep so if I could come back I would still book this hotel

The hotel has good service, the receptionist and housekeeping staff are all professional and friendly. Reading the reviews, I see that the soundproofing issue is reflected, but it's actually not as noisy as people think, because the hotel is only for temporary stays, guests will mainly go out for a walk or hang out, so the soundproofing issue is not a concern. I often go on business trips, so this will be added to my list of priority choices.

I had a great experience here The hotel staff is extremely friendly, I love the gentleness of the staff And they even let me keep my suitcase after checking out The room is super nice, airy, clean, with a view of the sea, every 2 days the staff will come to clean the room and provide some more things Super delicate If I have the opportunity to return to DN, I will book my hotel again Super satisfied
