Mình đã có trải nghiệm rất tốt ở đây. Mình ở phòng view nhìn thẳng ra biển, rất là đẹp. - Khách sạn: Tuy xa trung tâm nhưng giao thông rất thuận tiện. Xung quanh cửa hàng tiện lợi, cafe cũng rất gần. Khách sạn ngay sát bờ biển, đi bộ qua đường là tới. Gần bãi tắm Mẫn Thái và Chùa Linh Ứng (bán đảo Sơn Trà). Buffet sáng tuy không nhiều món lắm nhưng rất hợp khẩu vị của mình. Có dịch vụ cho thuê xe máy và book tour tham quan. Dịch vụ dọn phòng thường xuyên. - Nhân viên: Nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Nếu đến Đà Nẵng lần nữa mình vẫn sẽ chọn ở De Lamour Hotel và hy vọng vẫn sẽ được ở phòng view toàn biển ☺️

The room is clean and fragrant. The staff cleans it every morning. When you come back from a trip, the room smells as good as Tam. Haha. If you visit Da Nang, book this hotel! Just across the street to the beach.

The hotel I booked for my family. The room was old, the quality was too bad and poor. The room smelled very bad, there was no hot water. The security guard/staff spoke rudely. The hotel is the worst in Da Nang. So my family had to move to another hotel. Really disappointed.

The room is very poorly soundproofed. At 8:40 am, the housekeeping staff rang the doorbell to wake the guests up to change their towels. It was so annoying. People go on vacation to rest, so waking them up like that is very frustrating.

I booked 2 days here. Everything was very OK... the trip was booked in a hurry, so I read the comments after booking.. seeing some of the bad comments made me a bit confused... but after experiencing it here, I think I should give some feedback so that everyone can have something. Look objectively... the room is quite complete, comfortable, airy, bed sheets and towels are changed every day. Breakfast is adequate, delicious, friendly and dedicated staff. I will definitely recommend it to my relatives if I come to Da Nang.
