Everything was fine. Except when I came home from a trip and the water pipe broke, water splashed all over the bathroom, but the staff fixed it very quickly - 10 points for staff :))

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Breakfast is okay, nothing to complain about. But lunch menu is really good, definitely recommended! Room is clean, spacious. Lobby is at the 5th floor which is interesting

Central location, easy to walk, but the road in front of the hotel is often jammed if you go by car. Behind the hotel is a beautiful view of the hills and mountains, having breakfast while enjoying the view is really nice.

Had an amazing 3 days in Sapa, we arrived early 5am at the hotel, but the receptionist welcome us really well. The room beyond of our expectation. Totally cozy and near to the center of the city. The view was also mesmerizing. Had a super lovely experience in Sapa.

This hotel is quite strategic, you can get to the iconic Sapa Station area on foot. And during the trip you will be treated to a range of iconic shops/cafes too. The staff service from the front to the restaurant is very friendly, they can help with what we need even though there is a bit of a language barrier. (need help with Google Translate.) The bedroom is quite comfortable, clean, and you don't regret choosing to spend the night at DeLaSol. Oh yes, for Muslims. Not far from Sapa Station, there is a halal restaurant. Yesterday I ate at Sapa Halal Restaurant 2 and ate at Halal Food Hajah Hawa. So you can also walk from the hotel. The closest is Sapa Halal Resto 2. Tips if you want to visit Sapa: 1. Bring ready-to-eat food (for Muslims) because Halal Restos are very limited. 2. The weather is sometimes foggy and even drizzling, so prepare an umbrella/raincoat/warm jacket (but if you have more budget, you can buy it directly there. Many shops sell this equipment) 3. Driving on the highway, it's quite different from in Indonesia. It's quite noisy with the horns being honked frequently, the vehicle lanes are also sometimes confusing (maybe because you're new to Vietnam. Hhe), if you want to cross, you have to be confident, don't hesitate to look left, right, left, right. Ha

The view is awesome. The staff can't speak english well but we can use some help from google translate though. It is near the sun plaza sapa station but the road is uphill.

Quite surprised that this hotel policy whose charge 200,000vnd perday to my 9years old boy without any extra bed given but still use our existing bed. It a Must to check their policy mostly with traveler bring children.
