The staff was very enthusiastic, Mr. Thanh, the receptionist, showed us many places to eat and play in Da Nang. It was just a pity that when the team went, the swimming pool was under maintenance and could not be used.

The mini fridge was faulty, even though we changed it to another one, it still didn't work. There was a whole bottle of water in the fridge that the previous guest had opened and drank a little bit of but still left it, making me almost drink it. The buffet food was too boring, too little and bland, we just ate to fill our stomachs. The path to the swimming pool was terribly rusty, if you don't wear sandals it will be very dangerous. Not up to 4 star criteria.

We are sorry to hear that you had a less than great experience at Draco.
The problem with the refrigerator not being cool: the minibar only cools the drinks in the refrigerator, not as cold as a home refrigerator, and the hotel changed it for me.
Regarding the bottle of mineral water opened before the guests arrived, it is impossible because when the guests arrived and said the refrigerator was not cold, a new one was immediately changed for them, and when changed, the two bottles of water were still full and firm, with no signs of being opened beforehand.
The road to the swimming pool is under maintenance, causing some inconvenience. We sincerely apologize to our customers.
Once again, the entire Draco team apologizes to our customers and hopes that you will have good trips in the future.

Location: best location, have a some restaurant in side and front the hotel, near from lotte supermarket, beach just walk 3 minutes. Facilities and service: best and excellent, have a infinity pool in the rooftop, little gym, very nice and helpful staff, many various food for the breakfast and its so delicious, try the black vietnamese coffee when you breakfast. Room: very clean and awesome for facilities, sandals and bathrobe is nice. Bed comfort with smells good aminities. My wife really love with interior.

Xem điểm đánh giá rất cao. Cũng kỳ vọng lắm nhưng mọi thứ chỉ ở mức trên trung bình. Phòng: giống hình,tuy nhiên thực tế thì diện tích khách sạn nhỏ, phòng nhỏ. Không có bồn tắm nằm, k có tủ quần áo. K có bàn để ngồi uống trà hoặc ăn. Tủ lạnh nhỏ, ko lạnh (mình ở phòng deluxe seaview rồi vẫn không có những thứ mình nêu trên). Khách sạn mới xây nên sạch sẽ.nệm gói êm, dễ ngủ. Buffet sáng: có thể do mùa thấp điểm hay sao nên cảm thấy buffet quá ít món. Bày trí toàn thấy rau củ, tráng miệng và nước đi kèm cũng ít. Món chính được 3,4 khay. Bù lại view đẹp, nhân viên nhà hàng thân thiện. Lễ tân: lịch sự ở mức cơ bản,chưa như mong đợi lắm.chưa thấy quan tâm hỏi thăm khách hàng về trải nghiệm ở khach san. Hồ bơi: hơi nhỏ, nhưng view đẹp vì hồ bơi vô cực. Nv bar thân thiện. Dịch vụ: tạm ổn, tầm 7đ thôi. Như đã nêu ở trên,chưa 1 nhân viên ở khách sạn hỏi thăm cũng như lấy ý kiến kh về việc trải nghiệm ở khách sạn có tốt hay ko? Có bell nhưng khách vẫn tự vác hành lý vào sảnh checkin. Gạt tàn thuốc để trước cửa từ 13h trưa đến tối không thấy thay.chưa xứng tầm 3,5 sao về trải nghiệm và dịch vụ. Vị trí: thuận tiện đi hội an, bà nà hill,gần chợ bắc mỹ an. Nằm cạnh con đường võ nguyên giáp. Lội bộ ra biển tầm 5p ý kiến: giá phòng như này thì ở cũng tạm ổn, nhưng nếu hỏi có quay lại thì “không”. Thêm chút tiền trải nghiệm ở các khách sạn mặt biển, diện tích rộng rãi hơn nhiều. Nên train thêm nhân viên về tận tâm dịch vụ (đặc biệt là lễ tân) để khach san có những trải nghiệm hơn mức mong đợi chứ không phải chỉ ở mức tạm ổn. Điểm: 7
