Very enthusiastic staff 👍🏻👍🏻 Clean room, near the center

Comfortable place to stay! Helpful and friendly staff:)

The staff here are really enthusiastic, friendly, very cute, the room I booked was too small for my family's needs, the room was very small. I booked 3 rooms, each room for 2 nights. 1 room was for my parents, room 2 was for my sister-in-law and her child, room 3 was for my family of 2, my husband and I and 2 daughters => leading to my room being too small. Maybe because I booked the room without paying attention, on the 2nd day of my stay I asked the hotel to move me to a slightly larger room, luckily there was no charge. In general, the hotel is beautiful, the dining area is spacious, the hotel room itself is too small, and the soundproofing is not good, noisy

Heritage building with a lot of interested items. All in good maintenance condition. Room is not spacious but all good. No swimming pool. Breakfast is good with various choice. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks for a nice trip I had when staying here.

Our family had the most pleasant stay here. All Du Parc 's staff are super nice, especially the receptionist and bellman who welcomed us on our first day. The rooms are neat and clean. The hotel location is also great.

The hotel only earns points at the location near the center, the other criteria Du parc.. can hardly be said to be good - reception: 👍 fast, polite, relatively fast problem solving - service room: 👎 it's bad, it's missing this and that, but every time you call for additional friends, you have to wait a long time. - Room: 👎👎There's a lot of dust and cobwebs on the ceiling, my father's bathroom has a broken plumbing, called a few times to fix it, but after fixing it, the water still drips (the right kind of irresponsible work) to come. When I got angry, I went down to the front desk to ask if it was okay, then they changed to a new room, without apologizing. - parking lot: 👎 was less, but also rented a taxi to a corner, so the customer's car ran in and didn't know where to park or had to park in very confusing places - Breakfast: 👍 few dishes, but you make up for it again very professional (I thought about eating pho at those times, but after a while, you still remember and bring me to the table)

Vòi xịt vệ sinh quá cứng, nút bấm xả toilet cũng vậy - rất cứng, phải nhấn mạnh mới xả.

Chú ý ve nhược điểm của mình là thang máy quá chậm. Đong khách thì cho ơi thôi rồi luôn. Khi don phong Chu y khách con Ben trong go cửa chưa kịp lên tiếng đã cho chia khoá vào mo của phòng

I love the sense of history here - it was the glory of the past (together with the Palace Hotel and the Golf Course) It is an elegant & charming design building, and the hotel still maintains the original look of the elevator - which is just 90 years old. I am not satisfied with the room's cleanliness. Breakfast is not so good as well. My room looks to the street, and the traffic in Dalat has increased significantly. Hence there is lots of noise from vehicles. The hotel may need sound-proof windows. Regards. Bac

Mình rất hài lòng về thời gian lưu trú tại đây. Vị trí trung tâm rất thuận tiện đi lại. Khách sạn được trang trí để vừa giữ được vẻ đẹp lịch sử cũng như vừa tiện dụng cho khách. Đi thang máy cổ ở đây là trải nghiệm khá thú vị vì nghe nói Việt Nam giờ chỉ còn khoảng 3 chiếc. Các nhân viên đều rất lịch sự và nhiệt tình giúp đỡ mình và người nhà. Mình đã ở phòng hai giường đơn với cô mình, phòng rất sạch sẽ, tiện nghi chỉ có giường là hơi nhỏ. Nếu được thì mong Du Parc có thể upgrade size giường đơn để nằm thoải mái hơn.

Khách sạn có không gian cổ kính, phòng ốc ấm cúng sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình hỗ trợ, có bãi đậu xe hơi, bữa sáng ngon.

Ok rất hài lòng với khách cả về phòng ốc, ăn uống, vị trí tọa lạc của khách sạn và nhân viên phục vụ chu đáo ân cần.

Discrimination between passengers traveling by car and motorbike. there is no person to assist with luggage, no guide to park the car. Guests have to bring their own luggage to find their own room, which is unacceptable in a 4-star hotel. The restaurant does not have enough seats for guests. Few dishes.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, sweet breakfast, minus point is the room light is a bit dark

Khách sạn ở vị trí trung tâm, rất gần chợ Đà Lạt. Phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ. Nhân viên lịch sự, niềm nở. Bữa ăn sáng ổn.

Trải nghiệm thật tuyệt vời, nhân viên lịch sự và giúp đỡ tận tình, có dịp quay lại chắc chắn sẽ ở tiếp. 5*

Phòng rộng rãi, ăn sáng buffet ngon, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Vị trí ở ngay gần chợ Đà Lạt.
