The hotel location is very convenient to visit tourist attractions, the swimming pool is clean, the water is changed regularly. The staff are extremely friendly and enthusiastic. For those who like romantic chill chill, this is a great destination. Delicious breakfast, menu changes daily. The only small thing is that the air conditioner in the hotel cools slowly. But because of all the above advantages, I still choose to stay here twice and if I come to Hoi An I will still stay here 🥰

Phòng thì nhỏ, trước cửa phòng là chổ tập kết chăn ga gối bẩn của tầng, bước ra khỏi cửa phòng tưởng mình đang ở tiệm giặt là. Đặt 2 giường thì phòng nhận 1 giường đơn, cái này gia đình mình vẫn ngủ được nên thôi chấp nhận. Buffet bữa sáng đúng là thảm hại, món mặn ăn được mỗi trứng

Khách sạn và apps quảng cáo trên app 01 đường, đến lúc nhận phòng thì một nẻo, thang máy có mùi khó chịu, phòng cách âm kém. Lễ tân xử lý khiếu nại thiếu kỹ năng: khách phản ánh thì bảo bữa sao cứ đến thẳng khách sạn thuê phòng đừng đặt qua app. Vậy thì đăng ký trên app làm gì. apps giải quyết khiếu nại bằng cách đổ thừa hết cho khách sạn: mình là app trực tiếp thì phải có trách nhiệm trước những gì mình đăng. Sau cùng apps giải quyết bằng mã giảm giá 100k nhưng khách hàng không cần tiền đó. Tuy nhiên có cái cũng ghi nhận là ăn sáng mặc dù ít món nhưng nấu đậm đà. Duy có cà phê dở.

Mình đặt phòng cho chuyến du lịch trăng mật và tất cả mọi thứ đều hơn mong đợi. - Phòng rộng rãi, nhiều cửa sổ lấy ánh sáng tự nhiên. Trang trí đem lại cảm giác ấm cúng, dễ chịu. Mình đi trăng mật nên khách sạn còn hỗ trợ trang trí phòng miễn phí - Cách phố cổ hơn 3km nhưng khách sạn cho mượn xe đạp miễn phí. Đi bộ ra biển Cửa Đại cũng rất gần. Chiều ra hóng mát ngắm biển rất chill - Buffet sáng ngon, đồ ăn được thêm liên tục - Bể bơi sạch - Đặc biệt là service siêu tốt, không có từ gì để chê 💯. Từ lúc nhận phòng đến trả phòng đều được hỗ trợ tận tình. Sau trả phòng mình có để quên đồ. Liên hệ nhờ khách sạn tìm giúp được hỗ trợ rất nhanh và chu đáo Tóm lại rất rất recommend mọi người lựa chọn Elites khi tới Hội An nhé 🥰
