I just went to Nha Trang for 4 days and 3 nights. I looked at many hotels and finally chose here. I have to say that there is nothing to complain about. The room is just right, beautiful and clean, the bed is very comfortable, there is a breakfast buffet every day. The location is opposite the sea so it is very convenient to go to the beach to swim. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, especially Tuyen and Uyen. I will come back here next time.

I found the hotel was pretty great, The staff are great, especial those receptionist like Nhat and Chau. Anyway, who looks for a great seaview might not be happy. The rest is awesome.

I stayed here for 3 nights and have to admit that I am completely satisfied with everything here, from the receptionists Quynh, Van, Vinh to the security guards and parking attendants, they are all very friendly and always smile and greet customers. Breakfast is changed every 3 days so I don't feel bored, the rooms are clean and cleaned every day. 3 minutes walk to the beach. 10 points, but if I have the chance, I will definitely come back.

New modern hotel, friendly, professional staff. Delicious breakfast, many dishes. Location is in an alley, right behind Queen Ann Hotel, but a few steps to the alley entrance and across the street to the beach, there is a private beach with umbrellas and chairs. Surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores. Will come back if I have the chance.

Phòng nhà mình view biển, view hơi nhỏ nhưng thấy được biển, có ban công. Lúc đặt mình có điện thoại hỏi trước nhân viên khách sạn xem còn phụ thu gì không thì bạn ấy bảo ko, chỉ cần đặt theo Traveloka là dc. Mình có đặt phòng cho 2 người lớn 2 bé theo đúng độ tuổi, đúng với note từng phòng của app, thanh toán trc. Tuy nhiên lúc nhận phòng có báo phụ thu cho bé 10t thêm 200k nữa. Chắc là phụ thu thêm cuối tuần. Vì hôm nhà mình ở là thứ 6. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, kê sát 2 giường giúp nhà mình. Phòng sạch sẽ. khách sạn nhiều phòng, 4 thang máy chạy êm. Có đĩa trái cây welcome nữa. Bãi đậu xe phía sau khách sạn. Đi ra hẻm ngõ 1 đoạn, băng qua đường là ra biển rồi. Đồ ăn sáng cơ bản nhưng ngon và cũng có nhiều sự lựa chọn. Có cả bể bơi, phòng gym và phòng đồ chơi cho trẻ, nhỏ nhưng cơ bản đầy đủ. Có dịp ghé Nha Trang gia đình mình sẽ ở lại đây thêm lần nữa.

Khách sạn đẹp, vị trí thuận lợi, đi theo google map là ra được cổng sau ks, để xe thoải mái, cổng trước đi bộ ra biển rất gần, có lều ghế riêng của ks, nhưng chỉ đến 16g là dẹp khách sạn rất an ninh, nhưng hơi bất tiện vì thẻ phòng chung thẻ thang máy, hôm mình ở thì bị mất điện tầm 5’ hơi sợ chút chỗ đó thôi, còn lại rất hài lòng Ăn sáng rất ngon, món ăn đa dạng dù không phải trong mùa du lịch Sẽ ủng hộ Emerald lần tiếp

Mọi thứ khá ổn cho đến hôm 2 vợ chồng ăn bữa sáng thứ 2, có đồ trên khay hết nên mình báo nhân viên là đã hết, các bạn nhân viên khá ngoan khi có trả lời mình là sẽ đi lấy thêm, và mình chờ cho đến khi mình cảm thấy là không bao giờ các bạn làm điều đó, mình cũng báo lần 2 cho 1 nhân viên nam mặc áo trắng sơ vin(m nghĩ là supervisor) nhưng mình cảm nhận được là nhân viên đó thấy mình đang làm phiền và gần như không tương tác gì nữa với mình, thời điểm 2 vợ chồng mình ăn sáng chỉ khoảng 8h-8h30, mong rằng các b sẽ phục vụ tốt hơn trong tjan tới vì nghề phục vụ là rất khó đấy

khách sạn có nhiều thay đổi tốt hơn so với năm ngoái mình lưu trú nhân viên thân thiện, có nước phục vụ khách khi đến nhận phòng, sảnh chờ có mùi thơm rất dễ chịu, thang máy có gió mát và màn hình quảng cáo xinh xắn, tầng ăn buffer đã thay đổi từ tầng cao, không có máy lạnh xuống tầng 3 có máy lạnh, được tặng 1 dĩa trái cây ở phòng. Hài lòng lắm nha!

Good room just that the aircon is too weak. Room should have at least 2 cards otherwise aircon keep disconnecting. It rather annoying.

khách sạn nằm trong hẻm phía sau một khách sạn mặt tiền phía trước, không có chỗ để xe nha, lúc tôi đến dịp tết phải tận dụng phía sau của công trường đang xây dựng phía sau để xe, xe ra vào cực kì khoa khăn. buffet sáng món ăn nghèo nàn. phòng ốc bình thường! nói chung không đáng tầm 4 sao
