Peaceful vacation, the room is quite ok but it would be better if there were more towels at the door or in front of the bathroom, it would be quite inconvenient not having a towel to wipe the room after swimming in the sea, the internal facilities are ok, in the future if there is an outdoor play area for children it would be great, the current kids club area is quite small

I came to the resort on September 2nd, it was quite crowded, but the resort was very professionally organized, the sea view room was very nice, spacious, fully equipped, dinner at the restaurant was quite reasonable compared to the price, the only thing is that I know it is a resort but there are almost no fun activities in the resort at night, so after dinner it was quite boring, I hope the resort pays attention to this issue, thank you team

Great hotel, friendly staff. I booked a deluxe king ocean view room but got a very nice bungalow sea view. The hotel allows early check-in. I came from Binh Chau so I had to arrive early. The hotel is good. The restaurant has good service and is delicious. The beach is super beautiful, long beach, blue sea and white sand. The resort is very large and beautiful. All the staff from the receptionist to the restaurant staff to the tram staff and security guards are friendly. The breakfast buffet restaurant has a lot of dishes and is diverse. When I went, there was a tooth festival for the children, my children really liked it. This is the pinnacle of the hotel's business strategy. I highly appreciate it. However, there are some disadvantages that need to be overcome: 1/ there should be a foot wash spray outside the room or in each area to keep the room clean. 2/ the room pillows are too high: there should be low pillows for those who need them. Maybe because the resort is new, the pillows are still too inflated. I think if the resort does business like this, it will definitely develop in the future.

The bungalow room is simple and luxurious, the staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel facilities are suitable for families with children. I suggest the resort consider investing in a separate swimming pool area for children: with slides, water sprays, ... My family is very satisfied with Emerald's service and will come back in the near future.

The whole family is very excited, the staff is very enthusiastic and cheerful, many convenient services are free such as rowing, archery, long clean swimming pool! Going to Melaleuca lake will come back here!

Everything is good and clean! The morning buffet closes early at 9:30 am, probably because it's not crowded yet. Some staff are not really enthusiastic. Overall good for the price range.

Khách sạn nhìn mới, hồ bơi đẹp, bữa sáng ngon, tuy nhiên mình nghĩ phòng deluxe sẽ ok hơn, trước đó gia đình mình có người đi về khen. Còn phòng standard mình book nhỏ hơn mình nghĩ, tối ngủ còn nghe tiếng vòi sen tắm nhỏ nước, chỉnh quài không được

New hotel, clean, spacious. Rooms are also very clean. The bungalow room has a very nice sea view. The beach is clean and beautiful. Breakfast is delicious and has many dishes, however dinner is a bit expensive and there are few dishes to choose from.
