Very beautiful and spacious, the atmosphere is very nice. Coming here feels very cool because there are many trees, friendly staff. Breakfast is very diverse and delicious, many foreign guests, the swimming pool and gym area is very large and diverse! Really want to come back here!

Các bạn nhân viên thì rất oke, nhưng mà cây cỏ ở đây như kiểu lâu ngày không có người chăm sóc nên mọc như cỏ dại vậy, bồn tắm bị hỏng không dùng được, nước ra có màu lạ (màu hơi xanh lá, không biết có phải do ánh đèn không), đồ ăn sáng khá ngon.

Absolutely wonderful. My family of 4, 2 adults, 2 children, and all members wanted to stay longer. Satisfied with the attitude of the cleaning staff, electric car drivers, receptionists, security guards... to the food, clean, fragrant, airy rooms. If I return to Ninh Binh, I will still stay here.

Điểm cộng là không gian chung đẹp, yên tĩnh, yên bình nhưng điểm trừ là các tiện nghi trong phòng không đáng với số tiền bỏ ra: ổ cắm điện lỏng lẻo hầu như không sử dụng đc, mũ cói ẩm mốc, máy sấy yếu. Đồ ăn trong resort mùi vị bình thường. Các dịch vụ khác như Spa không có người trực, liên hệ book lịch không ai nghe máy, không gọi lại khách hàng. Bể bơi nước không được sạch sẽ, resort ít các khu vực giải trí

Nhà tôi có thuê 2 cần câu (80k/h/ cần) xong câu được 1 con trôi. Câu xong, tôi xách con cá vào lễ tân và bị tính phí con cá 150k/kg còn đắt hơn cả tôi mua ngoài chợ. Tôi có bảo đã mất tiền câu mà h còn mất tiền cá, trong khi không báo nhà tôi ngay từ lúc thuê cần. Tôi cũng không đôi co, xong thái độ nhân viên quay ra bữu môi. Qua hành động này tôi đánh giá quá kém.

Khách sạn đang sửa lại bể bơi trong nhà. Bể bơi ngoài trời nhỏ so với quy mô khu resort và cho quá nhiều hoá chất vào làm sạch nước. Bể nước ngoài trời nhớt màu sunfat đồng và nhờ nhờ không nhìn thấy đáy bể.

very suitable for vacation. The resort's village style is reminiscent of childhood. got an early check in 3 hours before and was well taken care of. great accommodations. Suggestion is that there should be welcome fruit/cake in the room and should change rubber slippers because walking is very painful. Should leave the menu and the prices of the dishes or sets in the rooms so that guests know to avoid the situation that guests think it is too expensive, so they go out to eat cheaply. Overall will come back next time.

Mọi thứ tuyệt vời từ vị trí đẹp (lúc đi nhà mình đi lối ven đầm Vân Long đường hơi ổ gà và bé tí nhưng bù lại ngắm cảnh đầm tuyệt đẹp, đi đường 477 thì đường sẽ đẹp hơn); dịch vụ từ lễ tân, nhân viên lái xe điện, bể bơi, nhà hàng đều rất chu đáo - lịch sự, phòng ở sạch sẽ thoải mái (à có phiền chút là phòng mình và phòng bên cạnh có thể thông nhau bởi 1 cánh cửa - 2 phòng này phù hợp cho thuê theo đoàn, nên việc cách âm không được tốt - lúc ngủ phòng bên cạnh nói chuyện oang oang hơi phiền ^ ^); ăn ở nhà hàng thì quá lịch sự và chu đáo luôn nhưng kèm theo đó giá khá là cao. Tổng thể gia đình mình có chuyến đi nghỉ ngơi tuyệt vời.
