the food is expensive and very boring, the bath water is dirty and cloudy. Going on the weekend, all services from dining to rooms and facilities are overloaded. The spa is fine but it's right next to the karaoke room so it's very noisy

Hotel staff are very enthusiastic and welcoming. Lots of trees, cool, fresh air, nice warm water swimming pool, clean room, delicious breakfast. The minus point is that the swimming pool has steps but it is difficult to see, so I tripped quite painfully, the toilet is designed to not drain water!

I rented 2 apartments next to each other. staff are great. however the facilities are too boring. Both refrigerators let the water not cool. 1 broken air-conditioner can only turn on and cannot adjust the temperature, hot and cold cannot be turned on. 2 rooms for rent. There is an extra charge for 5 people, but towels, toothbrushes.. are not added. dinner food 500k/set/person but the food is too low. just make sure to eat enough, and like home-made dishes. sauteed vegetables with garlic, roasted pork side, stir-fried veal, salad, crab soup. white rice, watermelon, cantaloupe, fried chicken.

During the holidays, the number of guests returning to FLC Luxury Resort Vinh Phuc is higher than usual, so the pick-up is a bit slower than usual - which happens to most resorts that welcome guests on this holiday. so I hope Ms. Dong sympathizes with the resort. Regarding the amusement park, all items are open to guests, only the mini cyclo service is for children, but the payload is not suitable for adults, so Ms. Dong may not be satisfied with this point. The entertainment services are crowded, especially the free golf service is still full from 8 am to 6 pm that every guest enjoys. Regarding the sightseeing tour, the resort has clear sightseeing time frames in the morning and afternoon, so maybe when Ms. Dong has a need to visit at a different time than the above time frame, you have made an appointment with her at this time. suitable time. Although there are force majeure reasons, it is true that when Ms. Dong is not fully satisfied, the resort is extremely embarrassed and apologetic because it has not brought her the desired experience on the last holiday. The resort is very reasonable. It takes 1 hour from Hanoi to arrive, the space is green, quiet, suitable for families with young children, very reasonable when going in autumn and winter because there is a heated swimming pool, a play area for children. Good service, perfect staff attitude. Small minus point about dinner needs to be a little more rich. The price would be reasonable if the dinner plates were fuller. Breakfast buffet is very good, many choices. If you like excitement, you will be a bit disappointed because this place is for rest.
