Harga yang sangat ramah dikantong dengan fasilitas hotel yang sangat sesuai, bahkan di luar ekspektasi. Staff sangat ramah dan membantu sekali. Kamar selalu harum, perlengkapan di refill dan di ganti setiap hari. Tapi jangan kaget ya kalo tau-tau ada yang ketuk pintu house keeping 😍. Oyah, di hotel ada tempat untuk menukar uang (saya bawa dollar). Hotel dekat sekali dengan Lotte Mart, jalan kaki bentar sampai, di Lotte sedia banyak oleh-oleh juga, harga beberapa oleh oleh dengan Han Market ga jauh beda. Menginap di sini worth it banget buat saya. Thanks all staff Florence Hotel, see you next time 😁🤗.

The hotel is new so the rooms and appliances are all new. clean room. cheerful staff. The location is quite good if anyone just wants to go to Asia Park, the night out to the food court is also quite close. Breakfast buffet also has many options, all cooked slightly salty
