Golden Lotus Airport Hotel

I needed a room very late because I couldn't fly due to foodpoisining and this hotel was the only one to accept me. The room was clean with two bottles of water complementary. I had my much needed rest and when I was still feeling sick the next day, the hotel owner, his wife and staff took great care of me. I felt safe and in good hands. If you need a hotel for a night before your flight, choose this one! To the owner, his wife and staff, thank you so much!!

Good for a short stay, close to airport. I arrived from another city very late and didn't had connection to book a last minute hotel. When I arrived 3 am, the hotels nearby didn't wanted to accept walk-in saying rooms not available. But the staff of this hotel were outside and as soon as they saw me, they asked if I wanted a room. No much formalities, paid at desk by card and checked in. Rooms may not be luxury but enough to let you sleep for a short stay. AC in my room was not working or unplugged. But there was a fan and I accepted it because it was late.

Leaves a little something to be desired. My flight was late arriving and so I was delayed by 1 day and emailed them. I was quite late the next day and unable to contact them on the plane and so they claimed that they upgraded my room to a double bed because it was the only one left since they didn’t know I was coming and they gave my original room away so I had to pay more. No problem I can do that. But when I got into the room it only had 1 bed. A little skeptical but not the biggest deal or loss of money. The worst part for me was that they claimed I needed to check out at 7 am? I have never stayed in a place where I had to check out so early. I’m not sure why they said that, but I didn’t complain since I had to leave to get another flight in the morning anyways. The second worst thing was I didn’t sleep a wink. The beds were hard as a rock and it was beside the window which had constant honking from the street even with the windows closed. Facilities were clean enough, very close to the airport and staff was friendly but those mentioned above are my 2 biggest gripes and the inconvenience of it all was exacerbated by the fact I had just spent almost 2 days traveling (due to my delayed flights). Woulda have been nice to have a decent night’s sleep after that.

I stayed one night cuz my flight was late. It was walkable from the airport somehow, but I had to walk on the drive way on the way as there were no pedestrian paths. But still saving money compared to the airport pod hotel. The room looked better in the picture, but the staff was nice:)

Clean and nice place to stay for a transit. Very close to airport. Manager is very humble and helpful. Helped us with important information about travel. Value for money.
