friendly staff, but the service, the food is terrible. 4 star standard but too bad. Eat 3 meals calculated at noon and 1 million VND / meal without a buffet, it is only worth 200,000 VND, the staff is very gentle, the board of directors and the sales business are too deceptive, making calls and not answering the calls. Too disappointed for the holiday season. Book room is obviously only 1.9 million breakfast room price; eat half board is 3 million; And the full board is 4 million, but when the restaurant reports only VND 200,000. BGD and sales do not appear, suggest your company work again service.

Spacious, empty, clean beach. The hotel is very close to the airport but far from the center, so eating and walking is quite inconvenient (can only travel by taxi, about 150,000 VND to 200,000 VND for 1 way taxi to the restaurant)

My family has a great day here, I am very pleased about the new, spacious and clean bedroom, breakfast is divided into two areas, the Chinese must go to the first floor, Vietnamese people If I can arrange my own breakfast in the VIP cold room with the view of the hospital overlooking the sea, I would very much like to receive this great arrangement of the hotel because when I had breakfast at VIP room, there were only 5 Vietnamese people. .. due to the habits of the Chinese people they speak very loudly 😃 so it makes the hotel inherently quiet, I will come back here when I have the opportunity to Cam Ranh

I cannot imagine how bad the five stars resort like this! No security guard to instruct our car parking. No fullman to assist to load my luggage. Welcome drink was made by a small automatic machine with very bad quality. Reception counter and guest' chairs are full of dust. No padder to hold the register paper for guest's signing. No fresh flower displayed in the reception counter. It's all my fist impression about arrival. Next, the room with ocean view and balcony without outdoor table tea. No fresh flower in the room. The furniture and facilities are not standard for the five star resort. It is very noisy with guests outside the alley. Cannot imagine how impolite they are (they knock the door of my room because of wrong room but no any apologies from them when I opened the door). Next, the landscape is very bad and not standard. Breakfast is not standard andit is very noisy. Cleaning staff are not well-trained. Oh my god! I cannot tell all my feeling about this five star resort - golden peak! Very disappointed, angry myself because it is not worthy to pay 120 usd/night as I wish. Bye bye forever!

About everything is fine, nice room, nice pool, normal breakfast buffet. Compare prices with other resorts, the rooms should be carpeted or wooden floors rather than brick foundation. Maybe due to the new hotel should you go slightly slower map for visitors. Minus point is seen foreign guests are welcome to drink water, but her house is waiting to seat you do not bring the whole country, do not know if it was because we no longer distinguish west
