Ha Giang Backpackers Hostel

Cannot rate the rooms at the actual hostel since we did not stay here, however all the home-stays we stayed were amazing, with really nice food and nice furnishings, hot water and heater/ AC. We did the 4D/3N loop and would highly recommend it. From the guide ( Peter) to the drivers all was done to ensure we had a wonderful time. Thank you so much to all the team at Bibi’s to make this such a wonderful experience

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Bibi in late December! a huge thank you to our tour guide and my easy driver, Kenny, for his energy, involvement, helpfulness. he very good english, was incredibly attentive, and made the entire journey seamless. the group dynamic was perfect - just five of us, so it felt intimate and never overwhelming. the vibes were fantastic, both with the group and our drivers. speaking of weather this time of the year: be prepared and bring many layers of warm clothes. opted for the luxury tour - was truly worth it. the homestays and bungalows were spotless, comfortable, had all the essentials. evenings were especially memorable, as we had so much fun connecting with our hosts and drivers (completely optional, but we loved it). the organizers were great. super responsive and patient, answering my many, many questions quickly and thoroughly. everything ran smoothly, from the stops to the transitions between locations. a couple of areas for improvement: - would have been thoughtful if we were encouraged to bring extra warm clothes as gifts for the locals, especially the kids - the food options seemed a bit limited sometimes. overall this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. really recommend choosing Bibi for an unforgettable journey!

I did the 4D3N Luxury tour with my husband in late October. The views were absolutely incredible. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we'd definitely recommend Bibi's to anyone looking for a smaller group :) S/o to Su who was an great group leader!

We took the 3 day 2 night luxury motorcycle Ha Giang loop tour from Bibi's tour and it was amazing! An amazing route with a fantastic guide - Giang, and fantastic drivers. The views were amazing and the activities were so fun. The absolute best thing to do in Vietnam.

Our group of 3 did the 3D2N tour with Bibi Nov 2024 and it was incredible. It was one of the best things we did in Vietnam and I'd recommend it to anyone. Communication to book the tour was done through WhatsApp and it was quick, efficient and very informative. They allow you to customize your stay experience (upgraded lodging etc) and they also offer a bus to transport you from the city you're coming from and also to the next city you're going to (if different) for a small fee. The buses are amazing VIP buses that you can sleep in and were very comfortable. Our tour lead was Tony (Tony Team!!!) and he was a perfect leader. His enthusiasm and excitement was infectious and he knew a lot about the loop and the history behind certain stops. We had a total of 7 people in our group which was the perfect amount for us to experience each stop without being overcrowded. All the other easy riders in our group were also so sweet and fun, always making sure we were fed during meal times and having a good time along the loop. I found Bibi through Reddit (everyone had really positive experiences) and am so glad I went with them. Highly recommend!!! Thanks Bibi!
