Vệ sinh trong phòng kém, thiết bị hư hỏng không thay thế và sửa chữa, đèn bàn thì để có có không có dây nguồn (p605) điều Kiến tv không có pin, phòng không dọn dẹp gọn gàng khi khi dọn phòng. Sân dể xe nhiều rác

Nhân viên thân thiện, phòng sạch sẽ, tuy nhiên hơi xuống cấp. Phòng tắm thiết kế bồn tắm hơi bất tiện, khi tắm sẽ bị bắn nước ra sàn, dễ gây trơn trượt.
