The hotel location is perfect but….‼️ Scamming alert: I booked this hotel on 10-10 which is a sale day with the price ~180k VND. Normally, when booking the hotel, I assume that it's a full day. However, surprisingly, when I check in the hotel, the receptionist told me that my booking was only for 2 HOURS. That was the first time I heard the rule for a booking hotel. Never imagined that booking for holiday but only living for 2 hours. That was the most thing makes me feel uncomfortable. Please read the hotel rule be careful, avoid the affordable price when you book!

The staff are very nice and informative but unfortunately we didn't stay there because they said they had a problem with our room for the substitution they offered us 4 stars hotel but we refused because the location is quite far from the old quarter, and we asked for the another hotel which is still in the old quarter area.

The second time I went to Serenity and both times pleased me. Staff are extremely cute, friendly and support their families very enthusiastically. The location of the streets is also convenient. Surrounding a wide selection of cuisine. The next time you return to Hanoi, you will definitely choose Serenity 2 again
