The architectural space is very Hoi An and clean. All the staff are very nice. Cycling to the coconut forest to row a basket boat is very close. It is worth the experience!

I stayed in Hoi An for 2 nights and felt extremely satisfied with the experience here. The staff were super enthusiastic and attentive, often asking me if I needed any support, whether I slept well,... The amenities in the room were also complete, lacking nothing, the surrounding view was also beautiful, just open the door and there was a beautiful view to take pictures 😂 I have been to Hoi An 4 times, but if I have the chance to come back, I will definitely still choose Coco River 🫶🏻

Breakfast is fast but not very diverse, needs improvement. Refill is fast, receptionist is enthusiastic. Swimming pool needs improvement because the water is a bit cloudy, and there is a slight smell of urine around the pool. So I prefer to take a bath in the room for cleanliness. Fruit and water are thoughtfully offered.

CocoRiver makes me satisfied and will come back when I come to Hoi An again. I like staying here because the room is clean, the pool area is beautiful, and there are many locations for the family to take photos. The breakfast buffet doesn't have too many dishes, but just enough, delicious and of good quality. Friendly staff, proactively offered to take family photos, so cute! What makes me uncomfortable here is not related to the resort but the awareness of Indian tourists, using the swimming pool and buffet area and not maintaining general hygiene.

The hotel is very nice, spacious rooms, nice swimming pool, but a bit far from the center (about 70-100k grab to Hoi An center). If you want to enjoy at the hotel and play at Cua Dai beach, this is not a bad choice.
