On November 17, there was a power outage from 6am to 6pm, but the hotel did not have a generator, so it was very overwhelming and hot. The hotel should notify guests in advance about the power outage schedule so they know.

We booked 02 rooms at the hotel on holiday time. The location is helpful for us to go to the beach. But the facilities (minibar and air conditional) is quite old in the room. My friend 's room (704) that the mini bar did not work and AC leaked water at night.

The quality is consistent with the number of stars of the hotel. The front desk staff does not fully support guests. My group went to book a room. As soon as 4 people opened the door, a musty smell hit my nose. When I opened the locker, I had to leave the locker door open 24 hours. /24 the floor was slimy, I went right away on Friday, the hotel didn't turn on hot water for guests so I had to take a cold shower and ask the receptionist to come up and check and I was told "yes" and then I didn't come up to check. The room's soundproofing is very bad. Should only give 1 star but add 1 star for the cute and enthusiastic security guard

The room is nice and clean. But: no hot water, the cabinets and bed make a terrible noise. And there is no soundproofing. You can hear it from the outside - from the outside you can hear it - very noisy.

The room's decor is simple and beautiful and looks quite luxurious. The staff is very friendly, the service experience is very good, especially the security guard is very enthusiastic to support me during my 3 days here, even after checking out I have to send my luggage here, he is still very happy. seems to help. However, the experience will be better if the hotel pays attention to cleaning dust in hidden corners such as behind the refrigerator and jammed cabinets; The rusted faucet system does not match the room; The room door is not well soundproofed so you can easily hear noise from the hallway and next room.
