Hong Vina Hotel

I went to the doctor so I booked a room to have breakfast convenient, but when I asked the front desk where breakfast was, I said there was no breakfast because the translation was not focused and I suggested that I could eat in the room but continue. Tan still said that it didn't cook while I saw the review that the breakfast food was delicious so I was quite disappointed and not satisfied at all I felt like being cheated. Room 2 guests but only had 1 pair of slippers, Then the receptionist did not turn on the air conditioning switch, nor instructed the guests how to open the door (the door is very difficult to open), I ran up and down several times

The room was ok. But the service and the staff weren’t clear enough about the avaiability of the rooms. When I came in, the woman told me the room I booked wasn’t available, then charge me more for another room. When I checked out, I asked why it was their fault that they didn’t close the booking for unavailable room but I had to pay extra. They said the room I book was available and it was me who wanted to upgrade. Not recommended.

First night- dirty bed sheets and pillow case. It smell bad like someone just smoke in the room before we check in. We tried to call the reception but they are not answering maybe because of our late check in. After out first night I ask the receptionist to clean our room and they put us to a new and clean room. The breakfast is bad. Few choices. The area is okay but on our third day it rains and the road just got flooded. Near in ben thanh market and in bui vien area. So much food stand and coffee shop outside of the hotel. The receptionist is kind but she have her husband and daughter with her during the office hour. 6/10

I had a good 3 stay here, the hotel was clean and the staff from the room to the reception were very friendly and friendly. My room overlooks the city very nice, the room is a bit small compared to the photo but very clean and fully equipped

Hotel staff are very enthusiastic. Even through the check-out time, it is still comfortable for guests to stay until 2 pm to wait for the airport time. Located near Ben Thanh Market, the walking street is nearly 10 minutes walk away.

Reasonable price, convenient to get around. Because in the heart of the city
