Friendly staff and helpful. The rooms are clean and nice. It's a big street in front the hotel and every thing is around like food, clothes, and a lot of coffee shops. The hotel is not far from Hoan Kiem lake, and the old quarter Ha Noi, ...I will stay at hotel Bel Ami when I come back Ha Noi because i feel comfortable there.

We had a very nice time here the owners and staff are very friendly. Very central and the best food area in Hanoi is across the street which is open late. Rooms are clean and nice highly recommend, we travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of hotels in Vietnam.

I had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this hotel. Arrived quite late in the evening, however the owner was waiting for me for check-in. The room was clean and spacious, with the street view as expected. The next day after check in my room was made up, and towels were replaced, shampoo and shower gel added which is very nice. I appreciate them for a great hospitality and effort they put in providing a good customer care. In addition this hotel has an ideal location, which is close to the train station / airport bus stop (7 minutes walk), and old town beer street / night market in a walk distance as well.

So beautiful and comfortable, everything was awesome, the staff was also friendly and kind. It's just that they said the breakfast was included, but gave me no breakfast, the reason was that they forgot to change the information on app. If so, please make sure you provide us with the exact information (with or without breakfast) next time. Anyway, the room price is reasonable, or else I would not have this high recommendation.

I stucked in the elevator almost 30 mins. And I found that the elevator haven't been checked by any certified department. They didn't support customer by the way they still charge me 1 night even I just stay for few hours. Please take out this hotel from app cause this is not qualified enough. If you don’t wanna die. Stay away from this hotel.

Aircon has a leak so we have to put 4 bath towels under it so it will not flood the whole room. Bedsheet is dirty. Ceiling of the bathroom has molds. Breakfast is just bread and egg. Dirty kitchen. Yuck!
