A really bad experience at here 30 minutes before check-out time, the receptionist called me to leave the room or else they would be charged extra for the time remaining in the room even though there were still 30 minutes left until check-out time. Check?

The room was decent, staff is friendly but lack of knowledge. My husband got his pockets picked and told the staff, they didn't know how to react. We told our taxi driver the next day and he advised us to go to the police station to file a report. If the hotel staff had advised us to report to the police station, they could have had found the person. For travelers, be careful with your wallet and report to police station right away after the incident. There was a group of four guys and a poodle mixed dog that created the scene so you don't pay attention to your surroundings. Keep your wallet inside your underwear or bra please. Also the pillows in the room were not soft.

After receiving your complaint about your wallet lost, we checked with the reception desked and we would like to re-confirm again that your husband and his friend did not tell us about his lost wallet, he told us that he forgot the key inside the bag and asked us for a new key only. So please be clarified that we did not receive any information about his lost wallet until the next day when you complain with us.

Love the design. The staff is professional and welcoming, the biggest downsize is the sound proof, I can hear people talking outside my room at late night pretty clearly.

Staying the residence area with studio apartment/condotel but equipment/facilities not standard as the hotel. The lobby/entrance are smelly and not cleanliness. Especially the bathroom is worst.
