The hotel is about 400 m of walking distance from Cau pagoda-the most crowded spot of Hoi An. I booked a family room so there 's a small balcony looking over the river. Although the hotel is not that near from the center (so no loud noise), there are still some food stalls beside the hotel at night. The furniture is new and sufficient. The staff was very nice and supportive.

I’m so happy with my stay here. The hotel is at high standards compared to many semi hotel/motel/guesthouse around. Its location is perfect, right in the center of Hoi An, 5mins walks to Old Quarter and the Main attraction bridge. Staffs were friendly, furniture was of quality, bathroom sleekly clean, bed was large and room was spacious. They even have guard overnight for the scooters parking up front.

perfect location, big room, very large bed, staffs were friendly and helpful. We got a room on first floor - behind the lobby, the only problem was the wifi signal didn't reach our room, so we have to go to lobby to get connected to wifi, hope they can improve.

Near ancient city and night market with good price. By the way, it's near bus parking as well. It may have noise in day time till 9 PM. I heard noise from other rooms all night.

The hotel staff it’s was very nice and sweet also the location of the hotel, but is old and not so clean. The breakfast is not nice, quality of the products and taste.
