Tôi đặt phòng đôi 3 đêm, chỉ ở 1 đêm và chấp nhận mất tiền để đổi khách sạn. 1. Phòng cũ, có mùi. Khách sạn có hỗ trợ quạt nhưng phòng vẫn ngộp. Cửa sổ không dám mở vì thấy không an toàn. 2. Toilet cũ, hư, có mùi. Nước chảy ra từ vòi có màu vàng lúc mới mở. 3. Phòng không có view, cách âm không tốt, nội thất cũ, wrap giường không sạch. 4. Khách complain khi trả phòng nhưng lễ tân giải quyết không hợp lý. Ưu điểm duy nhất: xe thuê mới, chạy êm.

Good experience at the hotel - Room: clean, interior is not new but all works well. Deluxe Double room has bathtub, stable hot water, open view. - Location: near Da Lat bus station, very close to Xuan Huong lake. The area has little traffic, so it's quiet at night. - Food: breakfast buffet, well-balanced dishes, delicious in the price range. - Service: receptionist, polite and friendly luggage carrier.

Vị trí cũng thuận lợi, đậu xe 2 lớp xe nên ra vô hơi bất tiện 1 xíu nếu đông xe, còn nếu ngày bth thì ok Đồ ăn sáng cũng khá ổn. Phòng có mùi mốc, máy lạnh kêu hơi to, phòng cách âm kém. Tuy là theo tiêu chuẩn 3 sao nhưng chưa tới. Vấn đề vệ sinh quá tệ. Nước mạnh, nóng nhanh. Wifi chậm. Checkin, checkout nhanh chóng.

Before booking into this hotel check to see if the construction work on the hotel next door has been completed. If the construction is still on on-going ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel to where the new construction work next door is going on! The staff do there best under the circumstances! The hotel next door is nearly completed!

Stayed 1 time already so now book again. Still my top 1 ksan when coming to DL. The lobby area is very chill, overlooking the valley is very beautiful. I ordered standard but it's off season so I can upload to sub. Staff are always friendly. I don't understand why I can't upload the picture. The location is right next to the bus station, very close to the center, 5 minutes by car, but this area is quiet.
