Breakfast here is very good but a bit limited, 2 mornings the food repeats. The staff is extremely friendly, but I would like to suggest that the front desk should remind customers about extra paid services. Although there is a note in the room, I think not everyone can notice it, so the hotel can remind guests when they come to stay here.

Khách sạn không quá xa trung tâm, từ Bình Hà đi ra biển hoặc di chuyển tới các địa điểm ăn uống rất dễ dàng. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ gọn gàng, đầy đủ các tiện nghi thiết yếu. Điểm trừ duy nhất là wifi trên tầng 5 rất yếu, hầu hết thời gian mình phải dùng 4G chứ không thể kết nối với wifi khách sạn được. Điểm cộng nữa là buffet sáng ổn, món bún chả cá rất ngon, nhân viên rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ cho mình mượn mũ bảo hiểm dù không thuê xe máy của ks.

Enthusiastic staff. Especially the hotel has a delicious lunch and dinner menu, I feel like I am eating home. Because one day my wife and I were hit by seafood on Xuan Dieu street, the next day my husband and I decided to have dinner at the hotel, which was clean, airy, nice view, enthusiastic staff, rich menu, order food when the chef cooks at that time. Thanks.

The room is shaped, luxurious and clean, white pillows, comfortable wardrobe. I booked a Superior room but it was upgraded to a free Deluxe with a view overlooking the cool sea. My family also stayed in a family room with a view of the lake, large windows, and the kids loved the bath very much, demanding to bathe all day. Although not close to the beach, you can walk to the sea but you do not feel sorry because the lake view and lakeside trees are decorated and super nice and pleasant. But from the hotel to the sea is also only a few minutes by motorbike. The buffet breakfast menu is basic, full enough for a day running around. Maybe the hotel just needs to upgrade a little bit to get 4 delicious stars already :) Because I found the hotel room is 3-star hotel but much better than some 4-star hotels I used to stay.

Vị trí khách sạn nằm mặt hồ nên thoáng mát, đi lại trong thành phố Quy Nhon khá tiện. Nhưng không biết lý do gì mà khách sạn không bật đèn và điều hòa hành lang nên tối om vào buổi tối Buổi sáng không có đồ ăn tự chọn mà chỉ có đồ ăn chọn sẵn như mỳ tôm, bánh mỳ trứng... Về phòng nghỉ thì nhỏ, có 1 cửa sổ nên không bị bí. Chăn ga không được sạch cho lắm nhìn có vết bẩn Một điểm cộng rất lớn là thái độ của các bạn nhân viên ở Khách sạn rất là tốt, khá cởi mở và hỗ trợ khách hàng. Đây là điểm mà mình thích nhất ở Khách sạn này. Nhìn chung khách sạn ở mức tạm ổn thôi chứ không có gì nổi bật
