It a great experience staying here. First of all, walking distance to a lot of attractive places.the hotel itself provide executive lounge for people who stay in premier suite with complimentary cocktails free flow and also food. Besides that, theres complimentary sauna and steam bath available. It is indeed a great place to stay and hang out. WiFi is also superb strong signal.

Everyone who books a room, remember to check carefully whether you choose a double bed or a single bed. I booked a deluxe room and there was a double bed option, so I pressed the double bed button. I'm 100% sure because I always pay attention to this issue when booking. But when I checked in, the staff only said there were single beds, not double beds, and I also chose a room with a higher price, and blamed Traveloka for wanting to sell the room so they left it like that and told me to check the bed selection again, but when I arrived, it was late at night so I didn't want to argue. Oh, and this case happens a lot so it seems like the staff is used to this! The staff's attitude is.....promise not to have a next time!

Everything was fine for the price. However, the room's soundproofing was terrible. I could hear children playing in the room opposite and cheering from the street below. Two nights of not being able to get a deep sleep.

The room is clean, spacious, the staff is very enthusiastic and lovely. Especially Bao Tran at the Front Desk, I appreciate her professionalism and attitude. I will definitely continue to support this place when I come to Nha Trang. However, I think the breakfast should be improved in terms of variety because long-term guests like me will not know what to eat because they will get bored.

This is my 5th time here, the last of which was in 2021. I've always enjoyed staying here as the location is excellent, staff is friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. During my previous 4 stays the breakfast was amazing with vegetarian options and different cheeses, muffins, cakes and pancakes. None of that is available anymore and it 's shifted towards more meat and Asian style noodles, rice, sausages and such. Even the communal yogurt bowl was drowning in sugar and made it difficult to eat. Very limited variety, so keep that in mind. Overall though, value for money is still decent although I won't be coming back.

Mọi thứ đối với mình ổn, tuy nhiên có một vài điểm trừ - wifi của phòng mình chỉ xuất hiện trong nhà vệ sinh còn khu vực giường ngủ rất yếu - có mùi giống mùi thuốc lá xuất hiện mỗi khi mở cửa phòng, thực sự mình không biết nó đến từ đâu Mong khách sạn sẽ cải thiện.

Mình đặt phòng excutive 1.300 đêm, phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, có 2 view city và biển luôn. Vị trí ngay trung tâm từ ga tàu hoả đến chỉ có dưới 2km (taxi 35-40k😅). Có trái cây well come, nước free, thay ra gối khăn thường xuyên, giường bự êm lắm, có ăn sáng free ngon lắm. Room này không có bồn tắm.Ở thêm thì đến 16h charge 30%, 18h thì 50%. Có bên thứ 3 cho thuê xe máy 150k ngày (giữ cccd và thu tiền trước). Nhận phòng thì hoặc giữ cccd hoặc 500k cọc mỗi đêm. Góp ý: nhân viên nên xách đồ cho khách lúc vào ks, nhân viên lễ tân nên niềm nở chủ động chủ động hơn, sảnh chờ không đẹp. Tuy nhiên trải nghiệm của mình ở đây vẫn tuyệt vời. Lần sau sẽ đến nữa và mình sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè. 😍
