Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Because I live far away, I arrived earlier than check-in time and was supported to check in early. The room was clean, the hotel space was beautifully decorated, worth the experience!

The room is clean, the staff is extremely friendly and supportive at all times. The common area is always clean and airy. The hotel is very nice, nothing to complain about.
I can use the room card to open the main door and the parking area, so I can freely choose my time.
The downside is that the room is not soundproof and the windows (deluxe room) all open to the common area where people pass by, so I can't pull the curtains to get much light; there is no elevator; CMT8 street around the hotel is often congested.

This is my second time here. I like the communal space in the village. Maybe because I booked the room at the last minute, my house is on the 3rd floor, so it's a bit tiring to climb the stairs and it's a bit far to get a drink.

I stayed in One Bedroom room 401, the room was clean, had a nice view, was spacious, and had lots of views for taking virtual photos. But there were still some limitations such as: - The hotel has no elevator, the room was on the 4th floor, I had to carry 1 suitcase with 2 large bags but no one helped. - There was no TV. - You should arrange bottled water of safe origin instead of pouring water into a glass bottle. - The sink was stuck so the water drained very weakly, after washing my face for a while, the sink was flooded.

Next time I go to Saigon, I will definitely come back. The service is beyond reproach, the support staff are very enthusiastic. I arrived early and was able to check in earlier, with a higher room class. Overall, 10 points for quality for M Village.

The housekeeper is friendly and welcoming, the rooms are simple but meet all needs. The room is separate, but the soundproofing is only 8/10, other rooms can be heard using a hair dryer. There is a common area in T1, many places to receive guests, sit and drink without going out, you can eat and drink there, there are enough bowls, chopsticks, spoons and forks to serve yourself. Tried drinking at a cafe, 11/10 Overall my experience is close to 10 but I took pictures from the video so please understand.
