Nhân viên thân thiện, vui vẻ nhưng phòng nghỉ thì chưa xứng với 4 sao lắm, phòng tắm bé không có bồn tắm, phòng thì không cách âm, đồ ăn buffet sáng khá ngon

The hotel has good service but can't save a very bad experience in terms of soundproofing. My family stayed here for 5 nights, 2 nights were tortured by noise. Guests outside were joking around until almost 1am, I called the front desk twice, the second time I almost wanted to cry because I was too tired but outside laughing and talking loudly, going back and forth and joking around. I think the front desk reminded me but I went there again, I even had to open the door to tell the guests to keep quiet. The next morning, I brought puffy eyes due to insomnia and went down to talk, and the receptionist will talk to the leader of your delegation to make noise. However, I can't say I sympathize because I also spent money to buy a room in a 4-star hotel, not a homestay next to the stage. Today is Saturday night, I go home at 8pm because I'm too tired, I know that the hotel in addition to the accommodation service also does this party business, it's normal, but the soundproofing system is so bad that the music The door rattled against the wall. I went down to the place at ~8:30 to give the reception to hear my recorded voice, you told me to go up to my room, so that you could call the security guard to check. By the time I write these lines, it's already 9:10am, then the music is a bit quieter and no one comes up to the room or asks anything. The first time I booked for my parents in the 2020 epidemic, only my parents were staying, my parents complimented me so much I booked this place again, but this time I was really scared. Although the receptionists or the restaurant staff treat my home enthusiastically and I always feel taken care of, my family probably won't come back here but find a hotel with better soundproofing. If you are sensitive to noise like me, you should consider carefully before booking to avoid ruining the whole holiday.

How disappointing that the reality and the picture are not the same! Check in a few hours to transfer to another hotel to stay! 4-star quality without hot water, noisy surrounding because of the car milk from the next car company, always having to close the curtains very secretly, going to check out procedures to go to another hotel, the receptionist has gone home. , handed back to the guard, murky so much mosquitoes, sting their children should have to wait for the road to complete the check out procedure! Breakfast is reported without buffet, but only a few to choose from! In general, through the app a lot, this is the first time I have to leave, so very disappointed! 4-star standard so must review ... worse than 2 stars everyone!

A memorable vacation. Friendly staff from the reception department to the restaurant. Although the hotel is still very new, but very caring about the morning in the restaurant, delicious food, full. Although the room is small, the layout is nice, the equipment is modern and clean because it is a newly built hotel. Convenient location, very close to the center, convenient parking lot. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a swimming pool. Price as the campus below the picture taken but lag pool is very great. This is the third time I have visited the hotel and will continue to stop if I have a chance.

The receptionist attitude is not good, the support is not enthusiastic, the housekeeping staff is not clean (for example, all shampoo does not change). Wifi network in the room is quite bad, there is no way to fix.
