Clean room . However, it is not very soundproof. The lady at the reception desk in the afternoon shift is very sweet. She cleaned the room very enthusiastic to help her. My vacation was really great. If I have a chance to return to Hanoi, I will definitely stay again

perfect location, nice clean room, didn't have breakfast so wouldn't know. Book at the last price so it's cheap. We had an almost perfect night in Hanoi before going back. Thanks.

Setelah perjalanan sapa hanoi tidur di hotel ini sangat nyaman kasurnya bersih, wangi dan lembut, walaupun ruangan kecil tapi sangat fungsional dan modern. Reception sangat membantu.

The service attitude of the management is too poor. The customer paid and left before checkout, but the manager arbitrarily took the passenger's luggage out of the underwear and bra and left it all out for the reason that he misheard the customer and didn't return. If the hotel wants to get more guests quickly, it's best not to behave so badly. Anyone who intends to book a room here should think before your luggage will be thrown out first on the grounds of mishearing. There will never be a next time

The room was nice and clean as pictured. The hotel is right on the street, the center is easy to find. Service staff attitude. We got a free room upgrade. The hotel is very nice, there is a phone charger in the lobby for those who do not use hotel services. Our group was extremely satisfied with our experience at this hotel.
