5-star hotel is quite expensive but I think it is not worth the money. 1. The room has a hill view but the hill is not visible, the view of the road in front of the hotel, the cars are quite noisy. 2. The receptionist arranged for a connecting room, the other room had someone staying in it, so I could hear it clearly. 3. The room on the 1st floor was right above the hall, there was a party that day, it was noisy until 10pm. 4. The room staff did not refill the shampoo and shower gel before I checked in. I stayed for 2 nights but there was not enough to use. In short, I will not come back

Firstly, when I arrived, the luggage staff urged me to park my car in the basement and there would be staff to help me carry my luggage up. However, there was no one to help at all, I was carrying my sleeping child and my husband had to carry the luggage up to the lobby to check in. Secondly, the hotel reception staff was crowded but worked very unprofessionally, the attitude of the reception staff was not friendly and motivated enthusiasm. I was wrong when I booked the wrong date, however, I contacted the app to change the date and already had a new booking code, I waited quite a long time to complete the check-in process. Thirdly, when I booked a room through the app, I paid a few hundred thousand more to choose a hill view room but the hotel told me this was a mountain view, the remaining view was a city view? Is it possible that the city view is cheaper but more beautiful than the mountain view? My room view did not have a balcony like in the picture, the wooden floor was peeling, I asked to change rooms but the hotel said there were no rooms available even though I was traveling during the week? Honestly, this is the first time I have experienced a 5-star hotel as bad as this.

The room is relatively soundproof, you can still hear people talking next door, the space is beautiful and luxurious, the automatic toilet is modern, the breakfast buffet is delicious but has a few dishes.

My family has a sick person who is unable to function like a normal person. The staff were very attentive and thoughtful, not charging extra fees for this person like some other big hotels. In addition, the staff also prepared separate food and put it in very polite utensils.

A 5-star hotel, but the service is only 2 stars. The day I arrived at the hotel, the staff did not have a glass of welcome water. When I asked the staff, they had an arrogant smile on their face, "The receptionist's name is Trang" morning shift 11/22. The 2 receptionists checked in and said the room was ready at 2pm and waited for 4 hours to check in. All the individual guests sat together and checked in, and the staff came all the way to the door to give the key. My family waited forever. When I asked, they had a confused look, the room was available but they did not give it to them, and Ms. Trang laughed arrogantly again. Stayed for 3 days for 3 nights for 18 million. When I went out, the staff did not clean the room. I had to call the reception to tell them. It was not until 4-5pm that the room was still not cleaned for 3 days. An experience that I never want to set foot in this hotel again.

The hotel's soundproofing is not very good. The room next door had the TV on, but my room was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. When guests walked outside in the hallway, I could hear their footsteps. Apart from the poor soundproofing, everything else was perfect. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and cheerful, and the service was good.

The room is clean, quiet and very comfortable so I slept very well. There is also beautiful water music on weekends, the staff is very enthusiastic and friendly, the food is diverse and delicious, the laundry service is a bit expensive, I like the toilet the most, because the toilet is heated so it is very warm when sitting on it, not cold, there is a sensor so it is very clean, I will continue to come back here.
