When I stepped in, I felt the clean, comfortable atmosphere outside. plus the fragrant shelf in the balcony. The staff went to check in and the staff was very friendly. The brain room is very ok and clean. All in all, very well. I will stop next time when I get a chance to enter the city

Really bad service
Just booked a room and found out I booked a mistake and wanted to cancel, but they still let me cancel but the money was not refunded
Other people's hard-earned money should be refunded at least 50% if there is a valid reason.

Welcome.
Your comments do not really help the hotel improve service quality. The hotel was built very elaborately with gravel, stone, precious wood and lots of green trees and natural colors.
Anyway, we thank you for staying at the hotel.

Friendly staff. Motorbike parking available. Toilets have showers. The room is a bit old and there is no drinking water available in the room. If you want to drink water, you have to buy it at the reception desk for 10,000 VND/bottle. The bathtub has no water stopper. Old blankets, pillows and towels.

Thank you for your sincere comments. The hotel will fix it to serve guests better and better. Serving bottled water at the Reception counter ensures that the water bottle is not opened before you use it because in fact there have been several cases like that.

Lúc mình book khách sạn thì đọc được nhiều comment phòng tối và cũ nhưng khi mình ở thì phòng ốc sạch sẽ không quá cũ và cũng không quá âm u đâu ạ, các cô chú tiếp tân siêu nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Nói chung là mình cảm thấy ở rất thoải mái

Good bed, mattress, clean room, fully equipped, caring staff. But the room will be a bit humid, the soundproofing is not too good, sometimes you can hear the talking outside, the bed is loud even if it's only slightly moved.
