Biggest hotel on the island. Staff was helpful and professional. Room very nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was various and tasty enough. Although the hotel is not very near to the harbor as many others, if you stay on the island you should hire a scooter to explore around anyway, so location isn't a real problem (all destinations are just a few kilometers away). As the island is not very developed yet, this high quality hotel is very recomended.

Good hotel, I went in October not to buy a tour but the hotel service was quite good and attentive. There was no buffet for breakfast because there were too few guests but it was understandable, and the doctor ordered the dishes and prepared them immediately after ordering. The swimming pool was large, beautiful and the deepest was 1m7, quite enjoyable to swim in. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly, I was quite satisfied!

I booked a room "Deluxe king", sea view, although booking more than 1 month in advance, the hotel gave me a very special room, a backup room type. The room is located on the rooftop, the view has a sea view, but before seeing the sea is an empty terrace, the room number is not even in the hallway guide. As for the air conditioner, it is not a general air conditioning system but a family-style air conditioner installed right under the door while the room is L-shaped. When I asked to change rooms, I received the answer that the room was full. I was determined to change the room with 2 beds. In the new room, the switch for the shower and bath was broken. Disappointed in the attitude and arrangement of the hotel rooms. Other services are fine. Good breakfast.

The facilities are ok but the staff is too poor. Not enthusiastic, less friendly and with attitude. With a 5 * scale, the rating for the room is 4 *, the receptionist for 0 *. Too poor, sad for a large 4* hotel chain in Vietnam.

I can't use the swimming pool. The swimming pool is very dirty and the sign does not work, but sells retail tickets for outside guests to enter. Other than that, the hotel service is good.

Buffe lit a few dishes. Heat staff. The hotel is about 3km from the center of the island. However the island is small, so I can move by motorbike, or rent a tram to the hotel and the procession is ok.

Do not go to Mimosa Spa here, the couple registered 60 minutes is 500k, go to the sauna for 2 minutes, sit down for a long time the staff said lying face down, finished saying do not know how to massage, gently squeeze 1 2 and then say I give up . Turn away and press the phone without saying anything to the customer lying down, chilling. That's too 2 couples back to the hotel in warm memories. Lose 500k in just 15 minutes
