Some staff really helpful and nice …, helping you carry the luggage into the hotel. But there is lady and a man on the front desk was not helpful to help you find the transportation. Grab more cheaper but they don't recommend or help you to find one. They find the expensive one with double price which They co-op. So make sure compare price before you book a transportation to airport or going around. The room is too old, tables, chairs, or even faucet not up date. The price is high compare with others around. Not worth it.

Phòng quá ồn, cách âm kém, cục nóng máy lạnh ngay giường , chạy dầm dầm cả đêm, toliet bé mà bồn tắm lớn, chật , dơ. Thái độ nhân viên không tốt : đặt phòng 4 người lớn 1 em bé , báo sai hệ thống, nhưng không bên nào chịu trách nhiệm. Chấp nhận ở chật thì phòng có 3 gối, mượn gối thì lễ tân trả lời không có gối dự phòng. Quá tệ.

Nhân viên rất thân thiện. Đèn trong phòng hơi tối và chỉ bật được mỗi bóng vàng, bóng còn lại hỏng không sáng được, chăn ga nên cải thiện trắng sạch hơn.

đặt phòng là 3 ngày từ 26-28 với hoá đơn hết là 500k, lúc nhận phòng thì báo chỉ cho ở 2 giờ, và thêm 600k mới được qua đêm, quá thất vọng với khách sạn, phòng bẩn, nhiều kiến và côn trùng

Đặt phòng trên ảnh có cửa sổ gió mát, mình cũng cẩn thận note thêm yêu cầu là cho mình phòng có ánh sáng tự nhiên. Vậy mà đến nơi khách sạn giao cho căn phòng có một chiếc cửa sổ bé xinh, mở cửa ra là bức tường còn chưa được trát vữa của nhà bên cạnh, còn không có lấy một khoảng hở. Căn phòng ẩm thấp và bí kinh khủng, mùi kì kì. Bồn cầu rỉ nước cả đêm. Sáng hôm sau mình yêu cầu và được đổi qua phòng khác, có cửa sổ nhưng không có lấy tủ để quần áo và máy sấy tóc :), và có muỗi. Nhưng mình chấp nhận được vì căn phòng ít ra đã có cửa sổ nhìn ra được bên ngoài. Mình chưa thuê khách sạn ở Sài Gòn bao giờ, nhưng so sánh với những nơi mình từng đi, trải nghiệm này vô cùng tệ.

First of all, you have only two grades: awesome and unsatisfied while I am somewhere in between. The hotel is quite old, especially the AC causing some noises and bedsheets and blankets turn from white to bit dark white. Overall, it is cheap and money for value

Receptionist is very polite and attentive. My father and son went to Saigon to attend a one-day retreat that combines the whole family traveling to Vung Tau and was really impressed with the hotel's service. Quiet space, clean rooms.
