The room is small and a bit cramped; the bedroom and bathroom are not arranged properly: the bathroom is located between the balcony and the bedroom, so the only way to get to the balcony from the bedroom is to go through the bathroom, never seen before :)))))

Nhân viên tại khu nghỉ thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Mình đến nhận phòng thì được hỗ trợ nhận sớm. Phòng ngủ thì rộng rãi, giường nệm sạch sẽ không gây ngứa là thích rồi, có điều nước nóng hơi lâu vì được nối từ nguồn nước nóng ở suối. Bữa sáng thì gọi món hoặc buffet tuỳ vào tình hình lượng khách lưu trú.

โรงแรมมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมากมาย กิจกรรมเยอะ คุ้มค่า ห้องพักดีมาก ตกแต่งด้วยหินอ่อนและไม้จริงดูหรูหรา ในส่วนของการ check in ใช้เวลารอนาน สถานที่ไกลจากแหล่งท่องเที่ยวอื่น แต่ทำกิจกรรมภายในโรงแรมก็เพียงพอแล้ว อาหาร hot pot ดีราคาไม่แพง

Everything seems to be good to me, but I would ask for permission not to evaluate it. I have something to say as follows: + Staff: almost everyone is very friendly until I meet some friends that make me unhappy, you save your smile or something, guests look at you but the face seems to be uncomfortable with me (I do not remember the name, if I remember it will not be brought up here). The majority of visitors come back because of the attitude and enthusiasm of the staff at the time that you did that, I was not interested in coming back. + Accommodations: the 4-star system shows that the quality is still like 3 stars, the bathroom is poorly drained, the guests come and go in and out of the wooden floor cannot dry the water, I don't feel very clean. Basically, I got used to it neatly but I find it very uncomfortable in this case 😞 + Restaurant: I really like the food here, the price is good and delicious, the friends in my restaurant area are extremely appreciated. , friendly, extremely quick service than you in the hotel area. + Everything else like the scene, the entertainment area is called great, so it also makes up for the above parts, so I hope you guys don't want the worm to make a soup, if the visitors go there, it might not be even. but because of your service attitude, they will be sure to come back and recommend to others to enjoy and have fun at Mount Tai Tai. Hope you will change, have a nice day!

All is fine, except for a slightly dirty drinking glass, the soundproofing room is not good, so I was sleeping when the outside noise affected. The food in the restaurant is not fresh, it feels so long and is not diverse.
