Quá tệ . Giá tiền quá cao với phòng thực tế , thậm chí còn không thể xem được tivi . Gây hiểu lầm cho khách hàng khi đặt vì tìm thông tin về khách sạn thì chỉ thấy nội thất phòng bên khu mới . Tới nơi lại bảo khu mới hết phòng cho qua khu cũ nhìn như khu nhà khách cũ cải tạo lại . Cũng chẳng hỗ trợ khách hàng khi đã nói muốn bù tiền đổi phòng . Dịch vụ quá tệ .

The room is in the old place, not the new one next to it, the bathroom in the room has a very weak drainage, after taking a bath for 30 minutes, there is still water, the wooden furniture in the room is a bit smelly, the lobby next to the old place is very smelly of cigarettes and not cool at all, the new place is very fragrant and cool, in the old place you have to walk through the new place to check in and park the car, in general, don't stay at the old place, okay!

everything is ok, very friendly. I live in an old building, so it looks a bit old, but it's very clean, it's just that the air conditioner in room 103 is too weak, open at 16 degrees, but I still want to sweat, it's cold for a long time. use the swimming pool next to the new building so it's very clean but the way to travel is inconvenient, if you want to take a shower, you have to go out on the street, go around the reception of the new building and then take the elevator up, hope the hotel will fix the above problem soon . Breakfast is very varied.

Tuy chỉ là khách sạn 3 sao nhưng dịch vụ cực kì tốt. Từ nhân viên phục vụ cho tới bác bảo vệ, ai cũng thân thiện và chu đáo. Khách sạn cũ,không có thang máy nhưng lại mang một vẻ đẹp xưa thời kì Pháp. Khách sạn có 3 tầng, view cầu thang đẹp như bảo tàng mỹ mỹ thuật hồ chí mính. Trong khách sạn có Atm của ngân hàng ACB. Đồ ăn đa dạng,món ra nhanh và ngon. Sẽ quay lại trong dịp sau

Phần đánh giá tệ quá chỉ có tuyệt vời và không hài lòng nên mình đành chọn không Hải lòng nhưng thực ra mình thấy nó ở mức trung bình chứ không thể tuyệt vời.khách sạn này chỉ tương đương với nhà nghỉ tốt chứ không thể là khách sạn 3 sao đc.đồ rất cũ ,đệm bị lún và dùng rất lâu rồi,vào phòng có mùi hôi,đồ gỗ có bụi bặm ở ngay kệ để đồ phía trên tủ lạnh. Có đồ ăn sáng nhưng nó rất ít món để chọn ,đồ ăn thì khá ngon và trình bầy đẹp. Nói chung nó không thể là khách sạn 3 sao nếu theo đúng tiêu chuẩn hiện tại . Nếu là 10 năm trước thì còn có thể đánh giá 3 sao.

Clean comfortable room. The air conditioner is a bit weak but the technical team has equipped my room with a fan (even though I didn't ask for it) - great service. Receptionists and security guards are very cute. Food is tasteful.
