We bought a room with a mountain view, the room was spacious, the bed was heated, the food was varied, it was close to Sapa Station, great.

The hotel staff is very helpful, it's just that the breakfast variations when you stay for several days are rarely varied. Maybe in the future, some foods can be changed every day so that it is not monotonous. The others are very good, especially the mattress heater, which is very helpful in winter like now.

Surprise, the rate is not expensive but it was great stay. Previously we stay at more expensive hotel. But this hotel is good: Location close to Sunworld, surrounded with many place to eat. Spacious room with balcony and view. Water heater, AC heater (very comfortable) Breakfast OK. If you are not in check in/ check out time - there are massage chairs that you can rest.

The best choice to stay here. The room was clean, the view amazing, the cost worth the moneyy. Near to the sun plaza, cat cat village and others sightseeing. And the best part is the owner fluently in english and very helpfull, we also can leave our luggage when we’re already checkout. Thankyou phuong nam hotel! 🫶🏻

The receptionist guy very friendly & helpful, he help us easily booked motor bike. Amazing view from the room, very near to sapa station. One tips if plan to go to fansipan legend summit, use grab car to hoang lien cable car station & back it save a lot of money.

Nice hotel but not recommended for the staff, they are a bit rude.

Hotel location was great, just I have been charges for extra person 200k for child （ which only 9 year old with skinny body) per room per night (stay 2 night) with no receipt given, even the bed was king bed enough to fit 3 people (2 adult women and 1 child), no need extra bed but still need paid for it. The bath room basin was leaking. Overall is fine 。.

The bathroom is clean. No smell. No humidity. The view is great.

The hotel is located right in the center of Sapa, very convenient for walking and shopping. There are many restaurants and eateries around the hotel. The hotel rents motorbikes and books tours. The hotel looks normal from the outside but is very good inside. Most importantly, there is an elevator, so it is extremely convenient. The room is very spacious, beautiful and fully equipped, with air conditioning. The room with 2 large beds has a nice view but is partially blocked, the room with 1 bed has a nicer view because the view is not blocked. The staff and hotel owner are cheerful and enthusiastic. Buffet breakfast, also has many dishes but there is no change in the dishes, but for the morning that is fine.

Great place nearby to city area and tourist spots loved the food and service amazing view frm hotel but must say saw cockroach and spiders here maybe improvise in cleaning thts all thank you.
