My family had a well-prepared and warmly welcomed holiday at Pullman Hotel Vung Tau. The hotel has a convenient location, international standard luxury style, full facilities and excellent service qualities. Rooms are very spacious and soundproof, ensuring privacy and high-class furniture of 5-star standard. Breakfast is very delicious, full of nutrition and enthusiastic service, breakfast time is very comfortable. What I am most impressed with is the way the hotel always welcomes guests with joy and hospitality, taking care of each customer's feelings and sharing during their stay here. My family is especially grateful to Mr David (GM) - he always takes care of and cherishes the old customers who come back to stay at Pullman. And really impressed you Thuy (Suri)-Reception Department. She has assisted our family with quick and professional check-in and check-out procedures, as well as provided complete instructions for our family to have a perfect vacation. I go with young children and they all love Mr David and Ms Suri. Surely my family will always choose Pullman Vung Tau as a place to stay when coming to the coastal city. Sincere thanks to Pullman Vung Tau for bringing a wonderful resort experience to our family.

Phòng ngủ sạch, đẹp. Toilet rộng lắm, thoáng và rất đã. Nhưng mà tại sao 2024 rồi mà tivi vẫn chưa kết nối mạng vậy ạ. Điểm trừ rất lớn luôn nha. Buffet ổn, không quá nhiều món nhưng món nào cũng 8/10. Nhân viên nice, có hỏi cảm nhận của mình, 8/10

My room at night has a strong electrical fault or what, but I turn off all the lights, why do I turn them all on by 1-2 hours, I do 3-4 times a night, making me not sleep well, the front desk calls the desk early in the morning impossible. The hotel does not have bathrobes available, must order to bring it up. Everything else is okie, the room is clean and spacious.

Worthy of 5 stars international standard. Staff are welcoming, friendly and enthusiastically support all customers' needs. Actively upgrade rooms for free according to internal km programs. The hotel has a beach area with lounge chairs, mini bar, fresh water bathroom, towels and a free shuttle bus for guests staying at Bai Thuy Van, helping to bring an extremely comfortable experience during the tourist season. and weekends with the number of tourists in general at the beach is very crowded. There is a small suggestion that the parking space for Pullman Private Beach Club's beach is a bit small, if you go late, there is often no space and you have to park the car next to it for a fee. However, the take care staff at the beach are okay and attentive. Suitable for both leisure and work. Will come back when I have a chance to go to the city center. Vung Tau.

Dịch vụ nhìn chung tốt tuy nhiên tôi mong đợi nhiều hơn nếu ở lại đây lần sau. Phòng rộng rãi và yên tĩnh nhưng không có nhiều lựa chọn nội dung để xem trên TV. Tốc độ Internet khá nhanh. Buffet sáng không có quá nhiều món nhưng các món cần thiết cho bữa ăn sáng đều đầy đủ và ngon, 1 điểm cộng nữa là có nước trái cây tươi. Nhân viên tại nhà hàng phục vụ khá chu đáo và thân thiện. Hầm đậu xe hơi ẩm thấp và nhiều bụi xi măng.

When I put it on the application, I ignored it. When I came to check in, I found out that it was 2pm to check in, bad app! But the receptionist was very flexible to support me for early check-in, and also offers a room upgrade with a bathtub, great ❤️ Clean hotel, lovely staff. We also got 2 welcome drink in the morning. The staff member also recommended some pretty good places to eat outside Vung Tau. Very good value for money

We (me and my Mom) had an amazing weekend getaway here. Although the booking was made last minute, the hotel offered us a wonderful upgrade with exclusive lounge access and the most welcoming services. Despite the high-end customer service, the facilities are something to give compliments to - new, thoughtful, insightful, lavish, and full of panorama beach views. If you love being exclusively treated, this is the place to be.
