Resort was good. Traveloka experience was terrible. According to the resort, Traveloka booked us into a room that was already overbooked, meaning that one day before our arrival, we were told our Family Suite was not available. The resort made very little effort to compensate for this inconvenience, meaning we ended up paying for a product that we didn't receive. No effort made by Traveloka to resolve this either. Very disappointed. Resort itself was good, but is starting to look a little tired in places. Also needs some additional customer service training.

The service wasn't the best. Especially housekeeping service. We asked for bath salt and waited for few hours. The towels were really dirty and tattered. They smelled really bad so we asked for new ones and also had to wait for an hour. Even though we called to reception many times to remind. And the “new towels” smelled and looked the same> There were a lot of mosquitoes in our villa. The fact that housekeepers do not closed the door while making room made it worse. We had our sleep in anger with those mosquitoes. Also we saw the card with the information that they will change our bedsheets ones in 2 days. We stayed for 3 nights and nobody did that.

The staff is really nice from the security to receptionist but the room is too small compare to other Radisson 's room. I don't like the space of room.

Room is too small and traffic is not convenient to Phan Thiet City or Mui Ne, the breakfast is so basic, all the resort get the same style by 3 star not 4 star, the bath room have no bathtub, no balcony

Had an amazing 1 night stay here as a short rest between road trip. The design was beautiful. Food at dinner and breakfast was good with reasonable price. Didn't have the chance to come to the beach because the weather was bad. Overall, it is a good place to stay and come again for staycation.
