Clean room, friendly staff, lovely. The first floor has a beautiful cafe with lots of nice check in corners. If you need to use the hotel laundry service, the price is 50,000 VND / kg relatively cheap. The hotel is also very close to the famous entertainment, eating and drinking places of Danang. I am very satisfied during my time here

The hotel is very degraded, the room is large but there are too many cockroaches, when I entered the room, I saw 2 dead cockroaches that the staff did not clean.

I always choose Raon when going to Da Nang to have fun or go to work, the staff is enthusiastic and happy. The room is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. Very fast customer support. So this is a good choice for everyone.

Due to saving combos, I didn't expect too much. However, when we entered the room, we really wanted to cancel the room immediately, but we regretted the money so we had to endure it :(. The room was peeling in a lot of places + the toilet was very dirty + the sink did not understand the design, Every time I wash my clothes, I have to lean out and get my clothes wet. Plus the noise combo. In general, the quality of the room is very bad. I think such an assessment is completely correct because even though it is in the same cheap price range as However, I have stayed in many clean and quality hotels that are much better than Raon.

Originally, I feel unsatisfied because they change my room many time. But when living here, receptionist is very nice and take care customer so I change my mind. It 's unwanted problem there and I probably choose this one for the next travel.
