The hotel is nice, close to the beach, the hotel is very friendly, the staff was very enthusiastic because of the incident so the family did not follow the schedule, the staff and the manager helped us change the new check-in date without any additional cost. Khách sạn khá ổn và giá cả hợp lý. Mỗi tội mình đặt phòng có bếp nhưng sẽ không được dùng bếp vì nếu dùng phải thêm khoảng 200k. Đồ ăn sáng cũng khá là ít món. Được cái nhân viên khá dễ thương và hỗ trợ giặt khô miễn phí

Mình đặt căn hộ gia đình cho 7 người, mà đến khách sạn giao cho 2 phòng riêng biệt ( 1 phòng 4 người, 1 phòng 3 người). Và tiếp tân trả lời với khách là khách sạn bên em là vậy đó😡 Hồ bơi thì chỉ mở cửa từ 2h chiều đến 6h tối. Khung giờ này mình nghỉ chắc chả có khách nào trải nghiệm được. Đồ ăn sáng buffet quá ít và không ngon.

The room is clean, spacious, airy, beautifully designed, with a desk and a makeup mirror. The bathroom has a separate compartment, a spacious bed, and 1 extra blanket in the closet. Hotel near My Khe beach, walk about 5 minutes, near Lien tea, eat very well. The hotel has a rooftop swimming pool, free breakfast but not very good, morning coffee is ok. The front desk is very supportive with each request, motorbike rental, in addition, you can book a day tour or rent a car with the reception. The experience at the hotel was great, will come back if I have the opportunity to go to Southeast Asia.

The room is very spacious for 2 people, with a desk, a dressing table, an extra blanket in the closet, a kettle. The room is clean and airy, no bad smell, nice design with a pretty cheap price range. The hotel also has a swimming pool, free breakfast but breakfast is not very good, so go out to eat. The hotel has a scooter rental service of 150k / day, in addition, you can also book a tour by car to visit the featured spots. Good service with stable price. If I have the opportunity to go to Da Nang, I will come back to Richico

Arriving at the hotel at 16:00 we had a booking wait incident to 18:48 we had a room. During the waiting period we did not receive support for drinking water or waiting room even though I would like to support it because we had 15 hours on the plane. Our room was 6 nights without hot and cold water, told the receptionist, they said they were repairing? I feel disatisfied.
